The building is truly impressive. I especially love the second floor of the main building—it feels like a jungle! Well maintained SPA with 12 m pool.

Upon arrival, if you are based in the SPA building and it’s your first visit, it may take some time to find your way around. The restaurant offers a great selection of breakfast foods, though I would suggest improvements to the à la carte menu. The SPA would be more relaxing if the music served as a subtle background rather than being too prominent. Additionally, while it’s December, not all Christmas music is ideal for creating a relaxing atmosphere.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. I like the plush and "feel" to the resort. The various places to sit in the hallways, the outside facilities, all very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the sliced steak and mashed potatoes. Excellent quality and quantity.

I would have like to see cream and sugar on the tables. It was a bit difficult to balance a plate full of food while making coffee and adding cream and sugar. I would have liked to see the coffee/tea and mini bar items replaced each day. They were not replaced each day.

A beautiful, pet-friendly hotel, tastefully designed with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived we felt truly welcomed. The facilities were excellent, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the wide variety of breakfast options was a delight — especially the fresh juice you can make yourself in the morning, such a lovely touch. We stayed for two nights, rested wonderfully, and also enjoyed some of the spa treatments, which I can highly recommend. We left relaxed and happy, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The breakfast was good, staff very professional and attentive. The restaurant food was excellent, live music on Saturday was superb. The spa massage was excellent as was the 10 pin bowling and pool table.

Our room was in the farthest corner of the secondary building, which meant a 5 minute walk to reception and breakfast. Our lift was broken for two of the three days we stayed. Free coffee and tea was available in our room but we were refused replenishment on the second day and told that we would have to purchase additional beverages if required from the kitchen. Outside of the hotel and Wadowice town, there was little to do or visit.

The hotel itself is amazing , the room was fab and I felt it was built with love. It really had a “soul “ The spa is perfect and so as the breakfast Location too and literally everything this hotel is truly lovely

The staff was superb. Breakfast was varied and very tasty, the food on the restaurant's menu was delicious, and the check-in/check-out process was easygoing and smooth.

The water in the jacuzzi could be warmer, and the double bed was a bit narrow and soft.

The stuff was very nice and polite, everything was clean and organized. Enough partikg lots and easy to find.

The food was not as tasty. The vreakfat was ok, we prefered dinner outside of the hotel after first dinner. Water in pool was a bit too cold

The service Booking.com has a mistake in referring the location to a different place distant about 1,5 km away from the destination. Writing the name of the place in GPS of course solves the problem but ti may be a nuisance if you follow the servic booking.com first :-)

TV in room needs to face bottom of bed. Guest needs to turn t to grit head around to the right to look at it from the bed. Eventually causes neck strain!

I travel with kids in order to visit the near park of Energylandia. Great facilities. All the personel was polite and helpful. We eat at the restaurant which has interesting menu.
