Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, really takes care of every guest. There was a storm during our stay- personel called to ask, whether all is fine. We were allowed also to check in earlier and there was air conditioning already switched on at our glampimg.

Nothing, even cannot find any tiny thing for what to claim. Ouh- suggestion - there is option to buy water and soft drings, please add possibility to buy cup of coffee. In glemping there was options to make a tea, but for coffee lovers if you do not have your own with you, there is no choice and no options. That would be great if you would have a coffee machine there.

The Chalet (dome-like tent :) ) is really comfortable for family of 4. Equipped with AC, necessary kitchenware for quick cooking, refrigerator, even the knives were sharp. The outdoors is also really nice and well taken care of with various equipment to use for free (trampolines, swings, bikes, badminton, ...). Great location when visiting Energylandia. You can leave the amusement park (get a wristband from the security before leaving) for an afternoon nap and come back later. If you're sensitive to the light and sounds when sleeping, don't forget your sleep masks and earplugs - but that's to be expected when staying in a "tent".

Everything was perfect.

It was my first time travelling abroad and they made everything so smooth as they thankfully speak good English. I can only talk about my experience going alone but the studio was super cozy and well worth it being a 10min walk from Energylandia. I had a slight problem that wasn't their fault and everything was sorted as I got back in the evening. I hope to be back next year!

There was no way to complete black out the light during the daytime so I woke up as the sun rise up. Nothing a sleep mask can't solve though

Nice place to stay, very clean and cosy. Close to the EnergyLandia and a lot of playground places for kids. We even got to enjoy the swimming pool and perhaps next time we will have enough time for jacuzzi as well. The guy at the reception is TOP / at the end its all about people and this guy has excellent customer service skills, very helpful and very excited to answer any question you may have during your stay. Even got some great tips. I am sorry I did not ask for your name but I am sure this place know exactly who I am talking about. It was our first time but I can say not the last one. Well done.

Its not something that we did not like but perhaps some suggestion to have possibility of babysitting/kids club:o) to give some parents to enjoy some time for themselves.

If you are planning to visit Energylandia, this place is perfect for your accommodation. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes on foot to Energylandia entrance. The staff is very friendly and hospital. For an additional cost you can order breakfast or sauna, other facilities (bikes, small swimming pool, playground) are free of charge. The cottages are very clean and comfortable. Inside you will find not only glasses for wine and air condition but also some games for your children :)

The property is located conveniently close to Energylandia, and Zator Park Station. The accommodation was incredibly clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and informative.

The hot water has low capacity, so make sure that you’re in and out or it will go cold. This is not a bad thing, it is just worth noting.

If you are going to energylandia then this is the perfect place to stay 10 minutes walk to park. McDonald's and a supermarket 15 minutes walk .Train station 5 mins walk easy access from krakcow.The staff really friendly the studio was perfect very clean and you can see zator at night lit up

nothing was perfect for what I wanted.it exceeded my expectations for what I expected the wifi is not the strongest but it works fine.i cant fault in any way

The convenience from the Train Station and Energylandia. The kids had stuff like Trampoline, pool to play and they had fun .

We never had Wi-Fi we did ask the staff and unfortunately it still didn’t work the entire time we were there .

Very clean and very close to the theme park! Very helpful staff also. It was fun staying inside a bubble, especially when it started raining.

For a family of 5 maybe the choise of the bubble accommodation was a bit narrow.
