Fantastic place for a stay with a family. Super clean, well maintained, with attention to detail. Excellent breakfast. A lot of attractions for kids, but also for adults (thank you, Angelica, for your aperitif recommendations). The shuttle to Energylandia is very convenient. Spacious rooms (stayed in a sheriff's cabin). Heated pools open until 11 pm, with lifeguards. A true family resort where both kids and adults can relax and enjoy the time off. Already planning to return!

We missed the information that as Western Camp guests we were entitled to a fast track pass to Energylandia, for only 1 pln. Will not make that mistake next time.

We absolutely adore this place! Although it is a bit on the expensive side, which limited our stay to just one night, it was truly memorable. The accommodation is charmingly quirky and impeccably clean, with delightful attention to detail, including lovely little gifts in the room. The pools are exceptional, remaining open until 11 PM, offering a relaxing experience under the stars. The breakfast was undoubtedly one of the best we've ever had, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. A special thank you goes to the lifeguard by the infinity pool for their outstanding service.

During our stay, we experienced significant noise from the other side of the fence, which disturbed our sleep for most of the night. While we believe this could have been an isolated incident, we plan to mention it to reception when we check out in the morning. Additionally, we noticed the presence of several school camps nearby, which created a busier atmosphere than expected. Considering the cost of our stay, we had hoped for a more tranquil environment, rather than feeling as though we were part of a scout camp. Despite these issues, we understand that such occurrences may be beyond control and do not wish them to overshadow our overall impression.

The resort is immaculate, there are staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the site and it looks brand new. The entire site is themed and really immersive. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, food was fresh and plenty of choice. There is plenty of entertainment on site with great facilities such as outdoor cinema, camp fires, pools.

Unfortunately on our 3rd night we had a school party move into all of the cabins around us. There were unsupervised children running around, jumping on the beds from 7-11.30pm, starting again at 6am the next morning. There are a lot of school parties who use the site so I think next time I would request a bungalow cabin (so no one is above us) on the edge as far away from the school parties as possible.

Fantastic facilities. Clean well maintained shared bathroom. Open air cinema. We were very happy with beach volleyball court and other sports activities available. Fantastic heated pools and jacuzzi. I was worried it won't be warm enough in our tipi (only 6°C at night) but heating was great. Delicious breakfast.

My son woke up in the morning covered in ants. There was no signs of them in our tipi tent during day but they came out at night from I belive under or inside of his mattress. I believe we were just unlucky and it's not something that is happening much. Reception did apologise.

Location great for Engylandia, Very clean rooms, always extra towels and water daily . Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the whole camp is clean.

Upstairs single beds in sheriff lodge area, too small, far to warm for the children to sleep air-conditioning not reaching that area, stairs to steep not safe at all. Because of the proximity to the water areas lots of mosquitos. Rooms not sound proofed enough.

Animators for children, bars working late at night, live music in the restaurant, nice and really warm pools, sauna. Clean and well maintained environment. Cozy and inviting atmosphere. Lots of details from wild west :) we loved the train to Energylandia - no worries about parking the car. Breakfast was really delicious.

Inconvenient entrance to tepee, however one should expect that since it’s a tent anyway. Not very pleasant smell (at least in our tepee).

I loved it, it exceeded my expectation.its a wonderful beautiful place.i dont know where to begin, is it the breakfast buffet with everything and anything or is it the toilets that are always ever so clean even if they are shared they are always smelling wonderful and the cleaner is always there, is it the staff that are soo nice , everything was beautiful ,the pools ,the jacuzzi , the aura , the nature.Honestly i loved it.First night ate at the nearest kebab place kebab u pajdy, yep, the staff there ohhh my goodness ,may the Lord bless them , they were just over the top nice and i could see how exhausted they were but they treated me as if i was their first customer, 2nd night dinner was at BroHouse, Ohh ,my , perfect.I dont know if its small city energy or what but all i can say is i came across the best service ive ever had in Poland.Im so glad i went there.Never forgetting it.

The only thing that i didnt like was the noise during the night, some men were singing really loud but honestly that could never make me not want to go back there again.Honestly i loved it.Although i also didnt like the food we had the last night at Restaurant Bonanza, breakfast, amazing, their dinner however, the Pizza just wasnt pizzaring, or the pork.

We absolutely loved the whole Wild West theme – the entire resort is so well thought out and really captures the atmosphere. The place was very clean, and there was so much to do within the resort itself. From the outdoor cinema to sports courts, pools, jacuzzis, and restaurants. The surroundings were beautiful, and the sleep was very comfortable. It was a truly unique experience. We loved it!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Great resort to stay if you plan on going to Energylandia. You can entertain yourself before/after the amusement park as the property offers facilities for various activities. Nicely set out with the western theme. Supermarket and a brewery right outside the property. Pool side bar would give out towels which was very convenient.

Pool and jacuzzi area can be packed with kids. Would be great if the 'relaxing' jacuzzi area could be better supervised so it will actually be a relaxing area. Breakfast has time slots but gets super packed with a long line to get food and drinks. We had a family with small kids staying above our unit and they were so noisy! We could hear them walking/running and every word of the parents screaming at kids to keep them under control. This might put you off if you are a family with older kids.

The facilities, the service,. The location is excellent, very close to Energylandia, and there is a small train going from the complex to the fun park. One hour from Krakow as well.

The food for breakfast wasn't ok, a lot of mosquitos and the cleaning of the room was based mostly by request.
