The apartment is a great size, the lounge area is brilliant space to relax in and watch TV. I would recommend having a Netflix account so that you can watch Netflix as they only have polish tv which was ok but couldn't understand. There is an Italian restaurant below the apartment and then brovar16 have a great restaurant too where you go for breakfast which was great might i add. The location was beautiful and a lot to do in the town, they had a Sunday flea Market and a huge park. I would stay here again

There is only one bin in the apartment which isn't enough, no fridge or tea making facility either which meant you couldn't store anything or have a cup of tea if you wanted to. Thankfully there was a pastry shop next store very good doughnuts might I add right next door and I was able to get tea there and bring back to the apartment and relax in the lounge. Also the pillow was too soft and only one, had to use the cushion to elevate it

Great location directly in the the center. Very good breakfast! A perfect place to explore the city from there.

The room does not feel really comfortable. Even though it is a great place and has it's charm, something is missing to make it really a cozy place. For example the lights in the rooms are basic and not creating a nice ambient (the picture of the room has a high contrast, the light is not creating this warm atmosphere as on the picture). The layout of the furniture also does not invite to chill on the couch or watch some TV.

The standard, cleanliness. Quiet, great location, we had a room with a view of the Palace and Old Town. Big reception room and big bedroom with very nice bathroom. The staff is very nice and approachable. The pizza was amazing and the great menu choice for breakfast that was included with the room price.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great hotel nicely located right on the central square of the Pszczyna, which is a town worth discovering. The hotel also has a brewery downstairs. Food is quite good. Did not understand why house beer was not available on the first evening according to the staff.

The hotel has parking available next to the hotel at a reasonable price. Upon our arrival, it got messy as I was told I should pay at the meter (and could do so with a credit card, while that was not the case). But it got solved and the next day, I was able to park with a hotel card.

The location is really good, especially when you have a room with a view towards the city center and the church. The breakfast had a good selection of offers, but even more important all ingredients were fresh and tasted well. The suite had an amazing flair with all the pictures in the living room.

Overall it was a good stay, and I will stay there next time for sure as well, but here are some smaller things to consider: There is no elevator, which can be a bit problematic for elderly people. The coffee in the morning could be a bit more interesting, but it was good enough :). Everything was good, it's just not the extra high class that it seems to be (bathrooms were good and clean, but for example the shower head is a absolutely standard one, no fancy rain shower setting or other things).

I stay at the place pretty often and I find it as the best accommodation option in Pszczyna. All the staff there is very friendly. Breakfast is very rich and tasty.

Bed cover had stains.

during our stay there was a party organized in the hotel, all would be no issue except for the noise until 3am caused by the music. good breakfast selection but the bread was awful. traditional polish bread is one of the prime produce people want and we got very poor, half dry sliced bread. in a double room there were 2 single beds joined together, instead of one double bed.
