There were plenty of parking spots around the building, the staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was varied with a good amount of fresh products. The restaurant was very interestingly decorated and the craft beer that was made right on spot had a good, refreshing taste. The halls were beautifully decorated, somewhat resembling a manor. The hotel's location was definitely an advantage, right next to a forest and with easy access to the highway.

The room was somewhat small and a mini-fridge would have been useful to us.

We are staying here 3rd time, but 1st time with a dog. It is very nice that the hotel has this opportunity for the pets. The room was clean as always, the wide selection of breakfast.

The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable.

Amazing breakfast, good and clean rooms. It looks that this hotel need some renovation but still keep standards, and the service is very good.

Sunday's barista, who at 8.30pm in not nice way decline to serve, because he had to close the bar sharp at 9.. Finally he sold us wine and beer, and we took it to the room, but the first impression wasn't nice.

Closest hotel to the trails - ideal for those who come riding. Box for bicycles, parking. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Bar with beer and food right next to the hotel.

The room was clean and nice. It was ready at the arranged time. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was amazing! We forgot some papers there and the staff immediately contacted us, so we were able to retrieve them without any issues!

Great breakfast. Very high variety and quality products/ingredients. The breakfast in itself would be a reason for us to return to Na Błoniach next time we are in Bielsko Biała.

No controls for the airconditioning (but truth be told, we haven't asked for a controller either because we had a short stay and opening the window was sufficient).

Exceptional location of the hotel. Big parking close to the hotel. Very nice restaurant serving local dishes and draft beer.

It vas really warm (hot) in the rooms and the AC was nor functioning.

Location was great, far from the centre, but close to the forest with recreational facilities. We got a nice room with a balcony and a big bathroom. THe breakfast was splendid, offering a variety of warm and cold food.

The receptionist was very nice, but she couldnt give us a map, neither could she recommend any excursions, although the place around - as it turned out later- has a lot of nice walking paths. The walls were very thin, we could hear everythig from the neighbouring room as if they were speaking in our room.

It was famous hotel with exceptional restaurant. Neighborhood was very nice (forest, parks, possibilities for children,..). Wonderful breakfest. We appreciate the possibility of dog accomodation.
