This is a really nice hotel in the historic heart of the city. It's very clean and well-maintained, so I was surprised to see it only has three stars!? The room was a good size and the en-suite bathroom had a very decent shower. The available TV channels and coffee machine were and nice bonus. The staff were also helpful and the hotel is just a two-minute walk from some lovely bars and restaurants.

The free wi-fi in my room was essentially non-existent, although there was a strong signal in the breakfast room. The breakfast was tasty and offered a range of local cuisines, however, I thought it would have been nice to have a cheaper option for those that didn't want a full meal.

A truly outstanding hotel awaits you right at the entrance to the historic part of the city — an ideal location that blends convenience with charm. Just 100 meters away, there’s a spacious parking area, making arrival smooth and stress-free. We checked in within a minute, a welcome start to what turned out to be a delightful stay. The room itself was remarkably spacious and impeccably clean, adorned with elegant, old-style furniture that perfectly matched the character of the medieval surroundings. Every corner of the hotel carries the spirit of the city’s rich history, transporting you to another time. Breakfast was both delicious and satisfying, with quality offerings that matched the excellence of the rest of the experience.

Room was enormous, with a large bathroom with a tub and bidet. Everything was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff who checked me in were friendly and proactively spoke to me in English. They didn't mention where/when breakfast was though, luckily the time was printed in the helpful guide in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Many options including some perfectly creamy soft scrambled eggs. Location of the annex building is perfect, right on the market square, upstairs from a familiar chain Georgian restaurant.

Staff at breakfast offered freshly made espresso to other guests, but I was left to my own devices with the automatic coffee machine. Maybe the other guests asked for it specifically, I'm not sure since I only understand a few words of Polish.

Romms very nice and comfy, breakfast super, sweet and salty

The hotel is located right in the old town next to the market square of Bielsko. Excellent interior design with quality material finishes (e.g. artisanal real wood furniture, not the usual unpleasant laminated type used in most hotels, even three or four star). Comfortable, wide bed. All super clean. A classy dining zone and tasty, versatile breakfast. Good coffee.

I am sensitive to noise and the fact that the bathroom had only one light, the one with the fan, was a bit of a challange, as I used it mostly without turning on the machine — the glass door was letting in enough light from the room.

cosy and welcoming, good standard of accommodation and staff very attentive and friendly. Second time we’ve stayed and the deluxe rooms are in main part of hotel which is more convenient for breakfast so that’s what we booked again. Handy to have a kitchenette area too!

The housekeeping was a little erratic so I made a point of telling reception what needed topping up. Also I didn’t like the toiletries as made in China and mineral oil based which I avoid.

Superb location near the main square of Stare Miasto. A selection of cafes, gelaterias, restaurants, art galleries and antique shops. A few minutes stroll takes you to St. Nicholas church, an old market, car parking, more gastronomy selections. The castle is nearby and very much worth visiting. Ventus Rosa accommodates varying clientele. The single traveller, couples, families. Rooms are very spacious, with a kitchenette that also includes a small fridge and coffee maker ( pods can be purchased at reception). Bathroom is also spacious. There is an option to have breakfast at the property which we can recommend. A varied selection of hot and cold foods and beverages, cereals, fruits will set you up for a good and healthy start to your day.

Very clean, organized and well-thought. There was coffee machine and capsules in the room, mini fridge and even a bidet in the toilet. Very useful. Good quality mini cosmetics. Location in the heart of city center, everything super close. They offer parking nearby for small additional fee.

Shower door was leaking a bit

The location was great, a.s was the size of the room and its amenities. The breakfast was also fine.

The hotel has complex access by road for people who do not know the town and a recommended method of overnight parking by access card which drives you round Bielska's difficult one-way system. Strange to confess but the room's television could not pick up the signals of the national TV network, and no remedy had been sought for this deficiency over the previous two years.

I love staying at this hotel and stay there quite frequently. It is beautiful, clean, well designed and in a great location just steps away from the town square and tons of amazing restaurants.
