The staff in this hotel is absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and attentive. I had a problem as I booked the room for only one night however I was sure that I booked it for two nights. They helped me to extend my stay without any issues and with great customer service! I will be back definitely!

There was nothing to dislike

Perfect location, if you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, look no further! The hotel is 5 min away walking from the airport. Very clean and modern!

Only reason for complaint is the air quality in the rooms, but that applies to winter season only. Hotel is located very close to old housing estates in which to heat the houses people are using timber/coal/briquettes. All smoke produced by them is sucked by hotel ventilation system and then distributed to the rooms. Even with room fan turned off. I guess that better air filtration system should fix the problem. This applies to all floors and winter season only - I've been there during summer and problem didn't exist then.

Great location, short walk from and to the airport. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly staff. My room was facing the runway and you could barely hear the airplanes taking off/landing. Cleanliness 10/10. I ate a vegan salad at the restaurant and it was very good. Haven't tried the breakfast. Luggage storage compartments are available after checkout that are protected with a code that can be set by you. I also loved sensor activated lights under the bed.

The only thing that was missing for me was a tea station in the room. It would be nice to have a kettle, cups and some teas, especially in the winter season.

Overall - very good hotel! I was positively surprised, it looks very modern, staff is VERY friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, fairly compact, but have all the necessities and are decored in a very nice way! Great breakfast as well ;) Also - was a little afraid that due to closeness of airport it might be noisy, but nothing like that happened.

There were quite a lot of issues when trying to get to the parking lot (which unfortunately was paid separately and was quite expensive). Had to ask for help few times to get in/out of it. Also getting to the hotel is kinda tricky, as you essentially have to enter the airport parking lot.

Parking is way too dificult to find. Not just for me, but for others also, receptionists had to spend too much time explaining. Gym is great but they could add a multi purpose machine with all that empty space. Restaurant ran out of all healthy options (salad etc) Breakfast was ok

There are other hotels around the airport, but I don't think anything can beat this place. It's designed beautifully, you can sleep comfortabably and in peace before your flight. They have a screen showing the statuses of flights which was pretty cool to see. You can relax with friends or work at the bar downstairs. I travel frequently, so I would definately stay here again with pleasure.

I think most guests feel the breakfast is underwhelming, it's definately simplistic but you will not go hungry. You can eat in peace while waiting for your flight.

The staff was extremely nice and polite. The room was big and clean; I loved the décor too. I was surprised by the breakfast spread reading some previous reviews: there was plenty to eat and something for everybody (perhaps not so much if you are vegan but I'm sure they'd arrange something for you).

I'd have liked to have a kettle in the room and some teas/coffees. It's always a nice touch and makes you feel more at home. The room was very cold and the thermostat wasn't working. I solved it by sleeping in a jumper!

Breakfast was quite OK. Fresh bread, scrambled eggs (but no bacon). Coffee was good with lots of choices.

There could be a few more tables in the breakfast area, one morning it was quite crowded. The beds would need a thicker mattress topper, I could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows are too high and stiff, would need softer pillows or a few to chose from. The "restaurant" is no restaurant, just a bar. Not much to chose from and don't expect too much of the food.

It should be more than 3 stars. Well equipped, to a high specification, rooms big and lots of small details like free water, hairdryer, toiletries. Sheets pillows and mattress really comfortable, good light fittings. Really quiet and well insulated/soundproofed walls. Staff were excellent, so helpful and kind. Approachable
