Staff were great, food was good quality, cleanliness was not an issue. Location close enough to the city to get around many ways.

No air conditioning in the rooms, but we knew that so it wasn’t a surprise. Pretty busy main road in the front near a train track made leaving and coming back a little difficult. That’s not the hotel’s fault, though.

Hotel is situated outside the city centre next to train station. There's a little road noise but it didn't disturb us. There is a nice walking and cycling area by the lake. We had good breakfast and evening meal. All the staff were very friendly. Thank you

Even before arrival got text message ( just strange that in Polish taking in account was sent to UK number so had to use Google translate to understand what it is all about) asking to confirm arrival time, once arrived got greeted by this young guy who spoke good English, sorted out my room , offered to help with my bags. Later on in evening decided to have something to eat and ordered pulled beef burger with chips that was so good and yet cheap and the best part they brought in in my room nicely prepared with drink, tissues on big nice tray . Taking the cost of hotel and dinner, my total cost was still cheaper then basic hotel room elsewhere, I quite often use Airbnb so did look in to it this time but even privately was more expensive as well as having to share bathroom, so this was absolutely perfect. As I drove to location , there where secure on premises parking with the gate being shut for the night. In the morning I was first in breakfast bar as was leaving early, helped myself to some food then this girls came to me and asked in very good English if I would like proper coffee from a bar so that was added bonus. In general Im very happy with all and for the price , exceeded my expectations with awesome staff . From outside looks bit of basic getaway place but once inside , looks more decent hotel. There is railway stop near by but never heard any noise

On getting in my room there where still rubbish in the bin from previous stay and when about to go to shower, realised that there where no any towels anywhere so had to go once again to reception to ask for them

The young lady who was running the show was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly. I have never been greeted with such a smile and such Jollyness. Also, the place is spotless. Rooms are spacious, towards suite style. Great value for money. Next time I pass thru Poland, I will definitely stay again.

If I have to find some points, they are basically ignorable. I had to hold the shower head most of the time because the fixed point was a bit weird. But maybe it was because the good pressure. When traveling, I always sleep with ear plugs, so the street noise did not bother me at all. TV had only few channels. Who cares ;)

The room size for that price is amazing, it's bigger than any bedroom in UK House's, and big desk table and second Tee table, the outside is big garden with tables and chairs and very clean nice garden. The bathroom also be clean and large.

Very soft bed, but maybe it's just for me, I like firm mattress. And no air conditioning system in room.

Localisation was OK as for me - quite at night (I had the room next to the Road 92 - the traffic at night was negligible) no problems to get to any location in Poznan (especially Targi Poznanskie or Poznan Glowny i.e. Main Railway Station - simple route, it was possible to get there and back without the help of navigation - it was my first time in Poznan). Breakfast was a typical 3 star hotel breakfast: warm, fresh, tasty (same level as in 3 star hotels in the US). Free parking, free WiFi, perfect coverage of Mobile network (LTE). I was traveling without a pet, but they accept pets as well.

Nothing. All was OK. Perhaps longer opening hours of the restaurant at night (nontheless, opening hours were typical for a hotel).

The beautiful garden. The staff was very nice. The reception is opened 24/7. Breakfast was very tasty.

A nice hotel not far from an airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a bit noisy from a nearby train.
