Nice breakfast with traditional foods. The breakfast room was lovely - bright, nicely spaced tables and nice staff. The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to the city centre and the old town. Also, well-located on a main road where you could be picked up by a taxi or a Bolt, as the city centre is pedestrianised. Comfortable bed!

The furnishings in our room were a bit dated. The couch in our room had no cushions. The light in the entrance to our room was burnt out.

Great location. Five minutes walk and you are in the center. Thanks to the staff at the reception. Everything was quickly processed, explained and helped to deliver the luggage to our room. Clean, comfortable room with everything you need, there is an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Very good choice of dishes for breakfast. Underground guarded parking. Convenient access, height limit for cars is 1.90 m. We were pleased with this hotel, both now and last year.

Very comfortable and large apartment in modern building with underground parking conveniently accessible with lift. Located conveniently on edge of old town, everything in easy walking distance. Staff super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Large bed very comfortable. Kettle and fridge much appreciated. Very good and plentiful breakfast with many options served next to reception. Will definitely book again at next trip to Poznań……. When all the refurbishment and construction around town and particularly in the historic district are completed

Rooms to street side suffer a bit of noise due to cobblestone road-surface. Wifi a bit patchy in room, but excellent at reception level

It was an overall amazing experience. The staff was super friendly, the receptionist helped me with everything I needed and with quick response. High class building, safe, next to the city's main square, the mall and parks.

There is a construction going on at the next building. So, its a bit noisy during the day. Something temporary for sure. Other than that there is nothing bad to mention.

Spacious and cosy room , clean , perfect location near old town. Pictures shows exactly how room really look like.

No air conditioning only fan in the room - room and hall is really warm luckily it wasn’t that hot outside while we were there but it might be boiling inside when it’s 25+ outside. Bathroom is lovely only one thing I would replace - shower head as it’s cracked and needs deep clean

Central location, spacious room, big variety for breakfast, comfortable bed, coffee/tea in the room, speedy wifi, friendly and service oriented staff, e.g. during breakfast the ladies work really hard and fix and tidy everything so swiftly which is highly appreciated

It would be nice to have a safety box in the room

Great location, just 10 minutes walk to the old town. All main tourist places are located nearby. The hotel convenient location allows quickly reach any part of the city. Convenient access of you travel by car and excellent underground parking, the entrance H=1.9m. Professional service and friendly staff. Very good value for money and quality of services provided.

Great location. The room was large. Much larger than an average hotel room.

It was hard to find. Better instructions about the small outside sign would be nice. Maybe mention that the reception is in a passageway away from the street. Otherwise everything was great.

Location . Staff was very nice and kind , even when we overslept for breakfast they let us have a late breakfast anyway

It would be ideal to have a map how to get to the box with the keys. Thanks to security guys who helped us settle down , explain us everything. He did a great job dealing with two different couples .

Good location and convenient walking distance to the centre of Poznań. Room was pleasant, spacious and convenient. Breakfast buffet was very good indeed. The staff I engaged with were friendly and pleasant. On the whole I would recommend and hope to return.

Wi-Fi access poor in the bedroom with weak to inconsistent signal strength. Although Wi-Fi was better in the front lobby. TV in room could do with a re-tune with only one channel accessible. No great loss for me though as I didn’t really need a tv.
