Perfect location within a restored old brewery complex including hotel , multiple shops and restaurants and residential area . Hotel is true 5 stars ( not only by name ) and offers beautiful big rooms and delicious breakfast. Parking on site with chargers for electric vehicles. Big Thank You to Mr Patryk at reception for making our stay even more pleasant.

If I was to suggest one thing for improvement is maybe to put a big sign where an entrance to the hotel is located as it seems most of the first time visitors who are not familiar with the property are getting lost in the compound , especially when arriving at night .

Large comfy room (mini-apartment style with sofa and kitchenette). Fantastic facilities in the complex including a leisure centre and spa, several restaurants and a whisky bar right off reception. Breakfast was excellent.

Service at breakfast was slow, particularly for tea/coffee which you need to order.

Everything! But a beautiful hotel stands above the rest when their staff is superior. A special shout out to the staff who went above and beyond - especially Alexander at the front desk and Julia in the main dining area. The housekeeping staff was also so hard working.

It was a long walk into the center of town.

Conveniently located next to shopping and food, love the tub, spacious room, and the friendly staff. Love they always have a toothbrush and toothpaste, conveniently available in the room.

The surrounding restaurants and cafes are all very good. The spa was enjoyable although we didn't have time to try out any of the treatments. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The entire hotel and surrounding area is incredibly clean. The staff were very helpful and took the time to explain what was available and were to find everything. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a huge selection of options. Something for everyone. You can also order specific breakfast items if you wish. I would book this again and probably stay a bit longer next time to make the most of the facilities.

Room, breakfast, swimming pool were all good. Very relaxing after long drive.

Clean and modern. Lots of facilities

A big room that can be made completely dark even during a day. A big comfortable bed with many pillows. A big TV. Both bathtub and a shower. A big desk with convenient sockets. Two glass bottles of water every day. A fridge. A roll of paper towels. A 14-meter swimming pool with 29-degree-Celsius water on the last floor with city view. Many options to lie down and relax around this pool. Great photographs on hotel's walls. Friendly reception staff who remembers I am waiting for an earlier room. Many options to eat within a short walk including an amazing sushi restaurant.

The room doors were not fitting well and they were hard to open and hard to close. Not the most quiet corridor carpet - you can hear other guest walking by your room frequently. Some breakfast elements were uninspiring - scrambled eggs were dry and mayonnaise had old surface, maybe from a really hot day. Room cleaning would happen relatively late - often 3-4 pm. Signing paperwork for a towel in a spa seemed odd for a 5-star venue. Taxi requested by the reception would take 30 minutes to arrive. But these are overall tiny flaws in an awesome hotel.

Streaming on TV did not work (TV not connected to internet). Extreme prices of parking (one and only big disadvantage)
