The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, always happy to assist and answer any questions. It has a great location- only 10-15 min walk to Old Market Square. Tram line is just outside with some tram route stop just a min away. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel too. The room and hotel is clean. Impressed that they have a system you can use through your smart phone where where you are able to access everything you need- requests, questions, etc. Breakfast Buffet offered a variety of choices.

The pillow were too soft and was only given one. But got an extra upon request. Standard Double room with extra bed on the cozier side for 3 adults. Disapponted that there was no bathtub (room detail on booking says bath tub with photos showing one too)

The free Wifi did not actually work and considering that this was a business trip this was an issue. Paid wifi was available but i was not willing to pay 20 euros/day to use it. But the hotel should reconsider this. A good internet connection should be provided for free.

Upon our arrival we were greated by a friendly lady at the reception desk. Our room was a twin bedroom on the 5th floor, beds were very comfy and a bathroom was super clean, which was great! When we were checking out today, another friendly receptionist offered to store our luggage and my son's French horn in a locked storage room for safekeeping so we could spent two hours in the old city. This hotel is very convenient for exploring the old city, it is right in the middle of the famous Św Marcin street with so many cafes and restaurants. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, went out to a local cafe for a coffee and a homemade sandwich (Kawiarnia Taj, almost next door was our place ). This hotel's location was perfect for being close to the Paderewski Music Academy, just a stone's throw for the hotel, which was great for my son attending a 2 days serminar at the Academy.

The room was spacious and bright, had a capsule coffee maker, a kettle and a mini-bar. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good, great food variety and quality. With the location just between the train station and the city center it was easy to reach via public transport or on foot.

The room could be helped with a quick refresh (scratched floor, rusting bathtub drain etc). Air conditioner was of a manual kind where it's not possible to set the precise temperature or know the current one, just set "something between the coldest and the warmest presets" via turning the knob.

The hotel is situated fairly close to the old town and only 15 minutes walk from the train station (which is how we arrived in Poznan). The lobby was clean, modern and welcoming as was the room. Also, the room was exceptionally large, with a large well appointed bathroom. There was a large tv, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. The decor was very nice and the bed comfortable. Also such a joy to find a bath and not just a shower. Great for a soak after being out all day exploring. You can walk down straight into old town in no time. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat in the restaurant, but I liked that the menu was simple and all goose, which is traditionally favoured in that region of Poland. We'll be back in Poznan again and I doubt I'd bother looking for a different hotel because Hotel NH Poznan was the perfect stay at a very reasonable price.

The rooms can be very far from the elevator, felt a bit like in labyrinth, our fridge did not work, was heating instead of cooling, we had 2 rooms, both had a bit dirt remaining after previous guests, mainly hair in bathroom, parking is very expensive and about 500m from hotel, at breakfast there is not much seats and the staff was not keen on helping customers to find free tables, some people were just standing with their drinks and were stuck waiting for the direction where they could go, there is eventually extra rooms like wintergarden with smaller tables

Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Good spa and massage facilities. Room spacious and clean. Location is perfect for old town visits. Many good bars and restaurants close by.

My room 102 was at the front. There is no sound insulation at all. Trams start 5:30am. Heavy traffic and at the time also the roads were reconstructed. There is too much noise from very early to very late. Trams are literally 25 meters away from your window. Only a few rooms are at the front of the building. Ask for one in the back. Hotel owner: Please install soundproof windows.

Great, central location. Fantastic, super friendly girl working in the bar. I regret I did not get her name to leave a compliment with the management, Friendly and efficient front office staff. Comfortable bed, pillows and mattress.

Typical of a business hotel, there is not much character to the property. Room was on the small side and faced a construction site at the back of the hotel. Noise of other guests outside the room was very audible. Small bathroom.

Great location for exploring Poznan. Spacious, quiet and comfortable room. Large TV with good choice of channels. Tea and coffee making facilities. Tasty, fresh and varied breakfast.

Free wifi was a bit slow and sometimes cut out. I asked for a wake up call and it didn't happen. I woke up anyway so for me it didn't matter, but for someone else, with a very early flight or train to catch, it could have been catastrophic.

Despite to a few minor problems, the hotel has high standards of rooms, not the worst soundproof, perfect location and amazing stuff ready to help even at 3AM. As well, there is a great Spanish bar on the 1st floor.

Hotel is very nice, but some things already require renovation. I got a room with a broken AC first, but after my claim about it, got another one, a way better. When I was in the bath, got a call from the reception and was asked if I spilled water around because it leaks from the celling a floor below. As well, there is a weird smell in main halls above 2nd floor.
