Quite clean. I would consider it again when traveling with kids. Great location if you plan to sight see around the city center. Well equipted room with microwave, dishwasher and induction hob.

Availability of the receptionists was questionable. Not answering phone and calling me back at weird time. But that's a minor problem. A bit too warm inside for my liking but you can adjust that.

I thought location was great within a quick walk to main tourist attractions. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Interesting design, I liked the idea of all black kitchen. Modern appliances and Smart TV in the room which made the stay more enjoyable in the evenings. Room was clean on my arrival and they provided everything you might need when you stay in a hotel. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Poznań.

Room was not cleaned every day, but I am not sure if it was up to me to request it. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable. I did not like toiletries they provide.

The location is perfect for walking to most historical and cultural sites. The apartment was smaller than I expected but perfectly adequate for our 7 nights. The bed was very comfortable, the shower facilities also very good. Access to apartment by keycard which also allowed entry after 10pm to the main door.

The kitchen facility was quite small with basic equipment - fridge, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Would have preferred an oven to a dishwasher! There was no internet available at any time during our stay although the property advertises internet access. Intrusive building works at the rear of the property - work beginning anywhere between 0730hrs and 0900hrs. Otherwise quiet.

Amazing location and very well decorated apartment/hotel. Perfect for work (I stayed 12 days part of a work trip and facilities were amazing). Great food spots around as location is bang on in the middle of town. Free washing machine/dryer facilities available which is an added bonus. Perfect location if you want to be in the centre of it all! Staff were very friendly and well responsive on WhatsApp.

Room service was great but would have been nice if they would change the sheets for customers with longer stays, we left our sheets on the floor once on purpose to give a hint but unfortunately not changed in our stay.

Very central, everything was new, the apartment was spotless. The heating worked perfectly (it was -16), so I did not freeze inside. Checkin and out fine, wifi was great. Unfortunately I did not have the time to use any other facilities apart from the room.

I have requested a room not facing the main roads, but unfortunately, this is exactly what I got. I have very severe sleep issues, and it was quite a challenge to sleep there, as the room faced several roads, a parking area, there is a tram line just below, and the window insulation is not 100%. I am not sure, maybe all the rooms facing the opposite side were occupied. I ended up sleeping with my headphones and a sleeping mask on to block out the noise. You also hear people walking and talking outside. This was the only negative thing about the hotel, that it is loud if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Everything was perfect, but especially the location was amazing. You have everything in walking distances and maximum 10 Minutes to walk. If you want, you can just swing by to your room If you want to, because it’s so close! Our room was amazing and the best part was the high ceiling. I am tall and I never felt so small haha. Really beautiful designed and clean. It was really hard to leave it behind. The staff was super friendly and we arrived few hours early, but they changed our room, so we could check in early. This was really helpful 👍🏼 Just a heads up, if you are waking up easy. If you have a room facing the street, you can hear the trams a lot. Maybe ask for a room on the other side. But for use, it was no problem at all :)

This hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, with friendly and welcoming staff. We were allowed to check in earlier than the usual time, which was a lovely surprise after a long trip. You can also leave your luggage at the reception before check-in or after check-out and enjoy walking around the city. Our room was clean, cozy, and fully equipped, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. You can cook in the room or order meals instead. The hotel also offers a sauna, a relaxation and fitness area.

An excellent facility very close to the main square. Direct tram from the station. Quality rooms with kitchen and sitting room. Communal free washing machines and tumble dryer in the basement. The sauna can be turned on by request.

Rates are very attractive for the quality of the property due to the construction work adjacent of much of the block. The view from the window is immediately a construction site. There was only minimal noise from 0830 but it was no inconvenience. Earplugs and chocolates provided by way of apology!
