The location is perfect. Close to everything. In the morning, I heard the tram pass by, but it was not disturbing. I could walk everywhere without any problems. The check-in and check-out procedures were very clear. I felt so safe and comfortable. The design is really chic. The iron, ironing board and the cloth hangers helped a lot. Everywhere was very clean. I highly recommend Centro Apartments.

I had to move the TV together with its stand, which also had several books, and I saw tiny pieces of broken glass. I cleaned the shards with wet wipers. If I didn't move the item, they would still be there. Maybe they could tell the cleaning staff for future reference.

Administration and housekeeping staff were so polite. Our apartment was so cosy, clean and bright. All requests were carried out so fast.

On the first day we noticed that the sink in bathroom was blocked and some plates and wine glasses were missed. But after we told administrator about it, everything was fixed in a very short time.

Located in central Poznan, very close to the old historical centre (5 min. walk), these studios/apartments are modern and smartly decorated, have all the essentials and are well-kept. The hosts were friendly and greeted us with a smile when we arrived (Sunday evening!!), giving us all the necessary information. We recommend Centro and hope they maintain their well-appointed hospitality when we revisit them.

Nothing important: Like the pillows, the mattress was quite soft to my standards. It would be an excellent addition to have something to slot inside the fridge (although we did find a small bottle of water), as well as a complete range of personal care products (the usual small packets), in case someone is travelling for a few days and doesn't have that much stuff with them.

Everything was very clean and comfortable in our apartment! The instructions for access were clear and easy to follow. We loved the location and found it easy to walk to explore the old town and surrounds. It was also great to have access to a washing machine and dryer.

The property is in a perfect location, offering accommodation with big windows that allow plenty of natural light.

I rated a 9 out of 10 due to unusual toilet door. It resembles sliding wardrobe door and does not close completely, which compromises privacy.

The location was just right. Easy to commute to and from the airport and right next to the main road that leads to the old town. Value for money. Spacious room and complimentary coffee. 100% recommend

Lengthy entrance system not suited to older people. Kitchen units didn’t all shut Marble floor cold so need slipper socks!

On a very busy road that can be slightly noisy until very late at night. that would be only negative. The building and apartment itself is excellent
