Really lovely room with a balcony. It was nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen was useful so I could cook my own food, and I really liked that each room had a cupboard and shelf in the fridge labelled with the room number so it was easy to find place for storing food. It was a very nice stay. The staff were very helpful when I text them as there was an issue with another guest, but they were quick to respond and deal with the issue.

One extra bathroom would have been helpful, but luckily when I stayed there was not too many instances of having to wait for the bathroom. The bed was way too soft for my comfort and I woke with a sore back each morning, but everyone has different mattress preferences.

10 minutes' walk from the old town, comfortable bed and room, and the kitchen area was useful as I was on a long trip around the country and didn't want to buy food outside all the time. The room was facing the courtyard and was quiet.

The cleaner knocked on my door two hours before check-out to see if the room was empty. I hadn't been able to get to sleep until late (nothing to do with the accomodation, just me) and was trying to rest, so this was frustrating. There was a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom - nothing unbearable, just unpleasant.

Location and cleanliness

Only 1 toilet for 5 rooms, I had to wait a few times. For someone with diarrhoea, this could be a disaster. Also, there is no information about cleaning the kitchen after use. People from room 201 left a lot of mess in the kitchen on 16.04 in the morning, and I had to tidy up first after them in order to be able to use the kitchen. It would be helpful to tell of the guests that they aren't alone and they have a duty to leave the kitchen tidy after use. Otherwise, other guests must clean up after them, which is not what they paid for.

Excellent location, well equipped kitchen,clean rooms and very helpful staff including cleaning ladies. Good Internet and it is also quiet there, which is very important for me as I am working remotely.

I would appreciate it if there were lace curtains in the rooms facing the street for more privacy, and it would be helpful to have room spray in the shared toilets.

I had a very nice room, quiet big. The whole B&B is restored well. There is a kitchen avaiable to cook food. A fridge as well. The Wi-Fi connection is well for TEAMS- calls and to connect th VPN.

The code did work, but it took some time to enter it. Sensitive touches. The curtains are not practical. Impossible to get the room dark.

Clean room, clean beds, Netflix/Disney+ on TV. The communal bathroom is nice and clean. Didn't use the communal kitchen but from the first look, it was good. The location is okay, about 30 mins by foot to the central. The parking lot is public (400m by foot, and you have to pay for it. Reserve it in advance with the accommodation and you'll get a cheaper price than the regular price if you do it alone)

Bed was comfortable,wide and clean. Kitchen well equipped with kitchenware. Washroom spacious,clean and good lighting. Easy unlocking of the doors with codes. Instant phone replies from the management of the hotel. 20 minutes walk to train station. Easy to find the location of the hotel

I don't have any complaints whatsoever. Just equip the washroom with enough shower gel

Newly renovated clean bright room, comfortable bed. Tables and a few hangers in the room for clothes and bags storage. Safe in the room. Bathroom well organized with adequate shelves and hooks. Good internet. Clean kitchen with kettle, tea and coffee available. Each room has designated cupboard and shelve in the fridge. Recycle bins in the kitchen. Nice people. Pleasant neighborhood. Good places to have coffee breakfast lunch or dinner close by. Check in and out time extended compared to other places. City centre in the walking distance. Would stay there again.

Self service check in. Info a bit inadequate. On arrival had to call to find out how to check in. Other than that all good.

Nice and clean room. Good wifi, big and comfortable bed. All furniture in the room and appliances in the bathroom are brand new. Very nice support and touchless check-in. Shared kitchen with well organised compartments in cupboards and the fridge for each room. My recommendation for breakfast is cafe "Pora Dnia" on Różana Street nearby.

The location was great, close to the tram station, the room was really clean and tidy, but a little bit dark in my opinion. At the very beginning i thought it would be bad like other hostels but it turned out to be better than my expectation. Overall a very good stay!

The bed was too soft and the room was pretty dark.
