All rooms and restaurant (only for breakfast!) are on ground floor. When I wrote them I am coming with a dog and I wish to have a quiet room, they booked me a room with a terace-so thoughtful! The staff is really nice and helpful, breakfast was fresh and had various food, specially some eko eggs and sausages and home-made pickles! Nice touch. In toom you can prepare yourself a tea or coffe and you get two botles of water for free and there is also a fridge! No mini bar, but you can put your stuff in. This hotel can easily compare with 4-star hotels.

Everything was great! They don't have air-conditioning, but rooms are actually very cool. I came during heat wave and the room was cool (cold).

The hotel room is spacious, with a good TV. The bed is not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t unpleasant. The breakfast had a good variety over the weekend, but on Monday, I noticed the selection was not the same. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the city center, but we walked there one day, which was a nice way to explore the city. For the price we paid, we found it to be good value for money, as ride-hailing apps offer affordable fares

Good and quiet room but it was on the small side, however, it was very clean and including all the amenities listed as indicated. Wi-Fi was strong as well. Breakfast was good as well but could do with more options such as more healthy cereals. Location was very good as well as can reach the centre by foot in around 20 minutes by foot or in 5 minutes by taxi so it was perfect! All in all, would recommend!

Room a bit small and you had to tell reception to clean your room so it is not automatically cleaned everyday.

I think this hotel has incredible value for what you pay. It's close to the center but it's also in a somewhat quiet area. The room was really spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly. We were also happy with the breakfast.

There are two things that we did not enjoy but they are very subjective. The first thing is that the bed was too firm and I'd say somewhat uncomfortable. The second thing is that our room (and I assume the hotel as a whole) did not have AC or even a fan, and it got very hot inside. Opening the window did not help much.

It’s clean, nice garden at the front yard, modern design of rooms and halls. Restaurants are around this location if you want to have something special for lunch or dinner, free original Polish chocolate candies at the entrance, professional receptionists, all the facilities you need, staff are welcoming and helpful. The wi-fi works properly. Breakfast in the hotel was outstanding! I totally recovered after a long trip due to the opportunity to stay at this absolutely charming and beautiful little hotel. Would be nice if there was a laundry 🧺 maybe for additional charge, but even without it this hotel is just right 👌

A good location, clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. There are some snacks and drinks in the loby that you can buy. Friendly staff. Parking close to the booking.

Booking needs to renew itself and when you travel with a pet - write the pet prices, because every time you need to pay extra. Also The parking was paid on the territory. I was not given a WiFi password and it was not written anywhere in the room.

A hotel run by professionals with nice tables outside to chill out, clean and comfy room with a perfect shower, aboundant breakfast (sweet and savoury) with high quality and fresh ingredients. The location is also very good at walking distance from the bus/train station , you can take the 171 to the citycenter or walk for 15/20minutes.

Room was clean and comfy, it was very quiet, so we slept very well. The staff was very nice and cooperative. People who want to save a couple of Euros can probably park at the street in front of the hotel and not at the paid parking within the hotel property, but I don't think that it is really worth it. Walking distance to the city center, decent price, so all in all a great stay.

This was a good location for our specific needs and was ideal for our overnight stop. As we travelled by car - the on-site free parking was a particular bonus for us. The hotel is situated just a few minutes' walk away from a modern shopping complex which provides plenty of places to eat and drink - and it's just a further 5-minutes' walk into Poznan old town.

This is a lovely hotel with good facilities, in a good location within a reasonable walk from the train station and town centre.

The only thing was that our room was in the corridor of the function suite & we weren't made away that a very loud function would be taking place on the Saturday night. It did not go on excessively late, but perhaps only guests attending that should have been accommodated there.
