Great location right in the old town, small kitchenette had all needed amenities. Staff was friendly and there was no problem to store baggage after check-out. Good quality to price ratio, especially because of great location.

Furniture have seen better days, bed was squeaking loudly with every movement.

Everything was perfect. Amazing apartment, really spacious, comfortable, great location, lovely balcony to relax on. Easy check in/out. The building is really impressive, high ceilings, lovely bathroom and kitchen area. So many great cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. Easy walk into the centre of the old town. Lovely city , great to explore on bikes.

I requested a second key but was informed only one key available for the apartment . Not ideal if you want to go out and do something different to what your other housemates are doing and you arrive home at different times. Just a minor inconvenience.

Superb location, great value for money. Easy to walk to many main attractions, just off main shopping street, plenty of cafes and small supermarkets nearby. Approx 20 minute walk from railway station and easy to find. We loved the balcony and the beds were really comfortable. Apartment was spotless, shower was great and having the reception office 1 minute away was really handy. Lovely young woman in reception on departure. Bike hire is 5 minute walk away from a company called Rowerrent. (ul. Mostowa 35) -cheap, fabulous service, quality bikes and great tips on routes to take.

Only minor niggles- kitchen equipment a bit basic and two chairs unusable. Bathroom sink really slow to drain. We let the staff know, so these things will I am sure be resolved for next guests. Wouldn’t put me off returning.

The apartment were on the 4th floor of the house, which was reached by stairs. It was a struggle to climb up with luggage. We supposedly received both a map and an explanation of where to park the car, but it wasn't that simple. To get to the apartments, you first have to register at the reception, which is complicated because you have to park your car somewhere anyway. Physical check-in and check-out was complicated - unloading your bags on the street, then the car, then to the apartment... this could be optimized.

Super location, the views from our apartment were outstanding, and it's located near the famous café Manekin, so you can easily go there and enjoy breakfast. The apartment looked very beautiful and clean, and all the necessary equipment was provided. Can't complain much! We stayed in Apartment 16-17. Highly recommended place and definitely worth the money.

In one apartment, when you came out of one bedroom, there was another bedroom, so in order to get to the bathroom or kitchen, you had to walk through someone else's bedroom. I know all of us were friends renting the place, but still, in terms of privacy, I didn’t like this layout. Other than that, everything was good.

Great location, super close to the city center. Receptionist helpful to explain where to park, how to find the parking and also how to get to the apartment. Great breakfast at great price including very good coffee. Apartment comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Good towels. Nice neighborhood.

Although the apartment was very clean, there were some spider webs left on thee walls/ceiling. Restaurant very busy in peak hours for breakfast. Staff was not managing replenishment of the food on time.

I had a wonderful experience in this apartment. It's a lovely place that has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location is simply perfect, close to everything you might need. However, what truly stood out for me was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I definitely give it an excellent rating and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy experience. I can't wait to return!

The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. It was on the first floor and was light an airy. There was no living room but I get the feeling that though it says Apartamenty it is more of what I would call an Aparthotel. There were comfortable chairs to sit on in the 2 larger bedrooms. There was a small kitchen with a table and chairs, a 2 ring hob, a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was large and the shower was good. The apartment was one road back from the main shopping street and the old town was about a 10 minute walk. We didn't use public transport but chose to walk everywhere. There were plenty of restaurants close by. Though close to the city centre it was quiet at night.

The single beds were very noisy / squeaky. The WIFI was not great but I kept on forgetting to mention this to the reception, so didn't give them a chance to correct this whilst we were there.

- I would have liked to know exactly which apartment in the complex I was booking (the property seems to operate many units in the building and displays photos of all of them under one listing on Booking.com, so you can't choose a specific one) - There were a few rogue hairs from the previous occupants around the apartment (on a pillow, in the shower and on the floor), which was unpleasant

Poznan is a fantastic city! The apartment is conveniently located at walking distance to the historic town center, yet still in a peaceful neighbourhood. The reception is a little office facing the street, where you can collect your keys and be informed which apartment you will stay at, since the apartments are slightly distributed. Our flat was a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen in the living room. It had plenty of space. It had a balcony overlooking the street. There was free and good quality wifi at the apartment. The kitchen had all the utensils to cook as well as cutlery. The apartment and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. There are a number of mini-markets in the vicinity and a shopping mall next street. I would definitely stay here if I happen to visit Poznan again.

Parking in the vicinity is a bit challenging. The region where the apartment resides have paid street parking during the day. The host is offering a nearby parking garage, however I found the price to be on the high-end.
