This is a super hotel, very central in the city and close to the main square. Very easy check-in and check-out. A very warm welcome from Darya who was just fantastic throughout the whole of our stay, she kindly gave us some information about the city and places to see. She and her husband where so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had a spacious room with courtyard view which was fairly quiet, comfortable beds and all very clean throughout. A lovely breakfast with lots of choice including hot food and fresh bread. Would highly recommend this accommodation and hope to go back again for a longer stay in the future. It was good to have the code to get in plus a key to the room. Thank you so much for being great hosts.

There is nothing not to like about this accommodation.

Lovely property, very comfortable and spacious. Very quiet and we slept well. Shower was good too. Free bottles of water in the room were appreciated and the kettle was well-used for making tea and coffee. Location was great, close to Freedom Square and Old Market Square, so great for seeing the attractions of Poznan.

Minor points only: Couldn't get the TV to work, but not a big deal as we were out most of the time. If there was WIFI, never saw any info on how to connect to it. Front desk staff didn't speak any English, but then you could argue we should have learnt some Polish, so no criticism from us :) Regardless, we would happily stay here again!

Very large, clean, warm and comfortable room and it was very quiet in the apartment. Breakfast was really good and the staff were lovely and helpful. The aparthotel is only a short walk to the main square.

The lady who made the breakfast was also on reception during that period but later in the day there was just a security officer in the lobby and it was difficult to communicate with him. Perhaps it would be useful to have an information folder in the rooms to help when there is no presence on reception. Also, there was only shower gel in the bathroom and no shampoo/conditioner, which would be good to provide.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms are bright (very good lighting) and comfy, everything you need for a few days. The bed was very comfy with extra blankets in the wardrobe. Nice toiletries in the bathroom, bottle of water on arrival, kettle and coffee machine in the room. The room cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast served as early as 7:00. Overall a great place to stay, short walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants etc.

The entrance to the complex is quite splendid. Access by keypad and key is very straightforward. The room was pretty well appointed with a nice view of the church on one side. The room was well decorated. The corridors and staircases were particularly attractive. The whole complex was pleasantly quiet. The location is good in terms of access to the old town and market place (Stare Miasto and Rynkek). Also, public transport is fairly close by.

We didn't really meet any hotel staff until we were just about to leave - we were originally greeted and handed keys by someone we believe to be the concierge to the whole block. The room lighting was fairly subdued and the bedside lights were inadequate for reading in bed. The capsule-style coffee maker came with no instructions, so trial and error was applied. It would have been good to have one further set of curtains one of the windows - city lighting is pretty penetrative. A coat hook fell off the wall as soon as we hung a coat on it

THe Staff here were excellent. Friendly approachable and willing to help. The location the hotel was very central and close to all the main city sights with the main square a short 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were palatial with high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was spotless and very large shower. I do not think I could recommend the amazing breakfast enough and were extremely happy with both the quality and choice. We were very happy wiith the choice of accommodation. We were a group of friends looking to sightsee and socialise and the Fortune meet and exceeded our needs and expectations.

There is nothing to add here as this was a very positive experience. A great city to visit with great value with amazing food and bars to choose from.

The hotel rooms have a really charming atmosphere. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was really really exceptional and delicious. The location of the hotel is right in the city center near to the Old Market square.

The hotel does not have a permanent reception, only during breakfast. The doormen of the building hand over the key, but they do not speak English, so it is a bit difficult to understand the situation upon arrival, or even to order a taxi when leaving. When I arrived (probably due to the sudden cooling down) it was quite cold in the room (18 °C). The heating did not work and after 2 days the room temperature rose above 20 °C. Sitting and working like this was unpleasant.

What a fantastic find!This characterful hotel is situated in Poznan old town,a five minute walk from the town square.The hotel was accessed through a door, into a pleasant courtyard.The ladies in charge were very kind and couldn't do enough for us.They spoke good English so communication wasn't a problem.Our room was large,with a sofa, swivel arm chair,desk,fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.The bed was huge and comfortable.Breakfast was beautifully presented and everyday we were offered a cooked meal.We can recommend the porridge.We couldn't fault our stay and will return to this hotel on our next stay in Poznan.

The old Fortune Town Boutique was brilliant. Super big rooms with modern décor / interior, spotlessly clean. The staff here are super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bed was probably one of the most comfiest that I have been in which made for a good night sleep. In the Morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly staff, specious room, soundproof, air-conditioner, tasty breakfast - omelette, the bed was clean, elevator, good neighbourhood, peaceful common area.

Old TV, stone in the kettle, dirty walls/ceiling in the bathroom and the curtains in the living room, no bin in the living room but only a small one in the bathroom.
