Ideal location in Old Town, right off the main pedestrian only street filled with restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs, a very short walk away from the Old Town square. Despite the busy location the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The room was impeccably clean and well kept. Great water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast.

Definitely the bed pillow. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, I had requested the hotel shuttle to the airport at booking, as indicated. I was under the impression that the ride was free. We were not told that we had to pay and we were not told that the driver only took cash. Once at the airport we had to waste precious check in time looking for an ATM. The taxi driver was very rude. It was very umpleasant.

Well located, pretty hotel with the thinnest walls between rooms! On the first night the group in the room to the left of us were playing music full blast. We needed to be up early so at 11pm we asked reception to ask them to turn it down - which they did immediately. Sadly though the room on the other side of us came back then and were talking very loudly until way after midnight. We didn't feel we could bother reception again. Perhaps we should have. Thankfully they went out - after talking loudly in the corridor for ages. They woke us up coming back just after 6am, talking in the corridor again and then bashing around the room and setting their Alexa up. It was time for us to get up by then! The walls are so thin. You can hear absolutely everything. However the second night was quieter there was only street noise which we expected. So, if you have considerate neighbours this hotel is perfect. If you get 3 London boys in the room next door prefuelling before going to the 'Gentleman's Club' kiss your sleep goodbye.

Great location. Very close to the old market square Stary Rynek. Ideal location for visiting the Christmas Markets. It was also a short walk to the Tram line. Lovely breakfast provided each morning, with a large selection of vegetarian dishes. A few more hot or meat options would have been welcome, but what was provided tasted great. The style of the hotel was historic and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed. The amenities provided in the room were on par with a 4 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if visiting Poznan.

At night, the lighting in the room was quite dim, making things difficult to find, especially in the wardrobe. The rooms overlook a very busy street, which got very loud, with people attending bars and restaurants. Also, at time's we could hear our neighbours talking in the next room, so ear plugs are a must.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms. Excellent location. Zero complaints. We were here before and we came back. Lovely staff, very clean. Fair room pricing. I'd highly recommend. Very, very central.

Breakfast. I did enjoy it, but it was very pricy. The price of breakfast was more than it is in good hotels in Ireland (where we're from) and it was self-service.. No custom-made eggs etc. Very steep. We went elsewhere on the second day. My children don't need to pay 15 euro for a bowl of caerial. That is the only thing I'd change - the price for the breakfast.

Beautiful and vintage design hotel in the heart of old town. The room was super comfortable and very practical and cozy. The higher rooms that face tge street are definitley the better choice and windows can be fully opened which is a plus. The Air conditioning works great and water pressure at the shower was fantastic. The Staff at the reception were very friendly and attentive to requests and the breakfast was amazing, better than dinning in many restaurants that iv'e been. Really one of the best breakfasts i had in a hotel ever, everything was delicious. Overall - perfect choice to stay in Poznan and it is in a prime location just 2 minutes away from Stary Rynek. Very Recommended!

Rooms are a little dark at night but it was not an issue, it just adds more to the atmosphere

All great. Welcoming staff. Spacious and clean room, nice breakfast. Lovely building and centrally perfect for the main square Rynek.

There is NO PARKING in the facility! It was not clear from the booking. The parking reccomended is absolutely fine, 4 minutes away on foot. No point to drop the luggage at the hotel before going to the car park. Just go straight away to the car park, take the ticket and pay when you leave (it is even cheaper than what the hotel offers!). Then go to the hotel and enjoy your stay! :) Shower was too powerful and too high for kids.

The Breakfast was excellent - so much choice. The Location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the OLD TOWN with so much to see and do.

The room which we were given because I asked for a walk-in shower (not able to climb over a bath) The booking Form does not state which rooms have walk-in shower. The idea of a double bed is to have 2 single beds placed next to each other. Al right if the bed lien used is double sized which ours was not - given a large single duva.

It’s located on a pedestrian street off the Old Town Square with easy access to public transportation (tram #5) to the main train station. Breakfast is reasonable priced with a nice variety of foods and comfortable seating. Reviewers suggested asking for an inside room due to noise from the street. After checking in, we learned these rooms do not have AC, but are quieter. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s an elevator, but take a look at the wonderful marble staircase. We would definitely stay at Palazzo Rosso again.

We had no complaints with the property, staff or its location.

Clean, modern, with air con and fridge in room - both needed in July/August. Safe wasn’t working and couldn’t be sorted so we were offered another room. (We didn’t take up the offer because we'd already unpacked and settled in, so decided to stay put.)

Only the silly armchairs. It was good to have two but …. they were not the best design for the size of the room, or for sitting at the desk. We kept stubbing our toes on the sticky-out legs, and a previous guest had obviously had the same problem because one of the desk legs had been damaged. Shame because they were actually very comfortable!

Great location. Just remember that neither Uber nor Bolt can get you directly to the hotel's entrance (this is more important to know for your departure from the hotel), only Taxi can get to hotel's door: this is a "locked" Old Town area for most of transports. Please NOTE: The closest location to order Uber or Bolt to (160-200 feet (75-100 m) walk from the hotel ) is " Kolegiacki, 16 ", this is street/house address to walk to to be picked up. Thank you!
