The hostel was easy to find, GREAT location for all the beautiful old city sights and general mobility, the rooms were clean and facilities were great, comfy beds and duvets and pillows were provided. The kitchen and living room area in the lobby were perfect for gathering as a group before our daily activities and chatting, there is a pool table and a storage room for your bags before and after you check in. Kitchen had cups and plates and was clean and comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had a strange incident of 2 men following our group earlier in the day. Couldn’t recommend it more. And it looks exactly like the pictures!!

Noisy, as we had a room next to a common space and especially in the night there were party people not respecting quiet hours after 10pm until 6am. If someone from the staff would be there, this would be avoided. Maybe it would be better to clean the bathrooms in the afternoon than in the morning, since there are shared bathrooms and people queue for them and are in a hurry.

Great customer service. I didn’t take a travel adapter and messaged the hostel for advice on where I could buy one before I arrived. They were very kind and had found me one to use in the property. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. Great communication and clear instructions from the front of house via the messaging application. The location is absolutely amazing! Great bars and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The private bathroom was beautifully tiled and absolutely spotless. Hot water and great shower pressure.

The beds were not that comfortable. The carpet in my room was heavily worn.

Great location in the historic centre of Poznan. Hostel is cozy, clean and modern. There is a lounge area with sofas and on the 1st floor well equipped kitchen. Check in is available 24/7, you receive a code via and for the key box and door. Reception operates until 20:00. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable and towels are provided. There is also elevator and for an additional fee laundry service is available. There is a large bathroom on the first floor. A tram stop nearby.

The hostel is centrally located and surrounded by many cafes and bars, so it can be noisy.

We stayed at the Moon Hotel for one day and had to leave for the airport at night, and it was really a perfect choice for its money. First of all, the reservation was exclusive, so we got to be alone in the room, which was very convenient, as we got to relax and get a good sleep. Secondly, the room was very clean for a hostel, the bedsheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. A very easy check-in and check-out, the place was quiet the whole time of our staying(although it was Monday, so not sure if it’s the same on weekends) and we were able to get to the airport at night with the night buses(the bus stop is like 5-7 minutes from the hostel). Overall, a very pleasant experience and will definitely book again when in Poznań!

Central location but away from a busy street with bars and restaurants. 5 min to the main square. Close to the tram (Little Garbary - 2 stops to the cathedral). Spacious bathroom, comfy beds, wardrobe and tv. Luggage storage. The price is a lot lower compared to Gdansk and Poznan has lots to offer. Would come again.

I was surprised by dogs (they are pet friendly - they make it clear on the website but not on booking.com). Also people were smoking near the entrance and my windows were above the door. A bit dark going down to the kitchen -wait for the light to come on.

Location right by the old town, just 2 minutes walk. The room was fine, clean, quite big with a bathroom, nothing to complain about. Quiet stay, nice staff. Very good transport connections, just a few minutes walk to the tram. For those interested in nightlife, many bars, clubs in one of the side streets in the old town. There are also more tram stops there, so overall a big plus for this place.

Reception was really nice and accomodation went smoothly. there are multiple bathrooms on each floor, big kitchen with enough equipment, pool table. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, bed, wardrobe, table, table lamp, plugs. They let us to store our baggage at the storage after we checked out. The location is 2-3 minutes from center. some people says it is noisy, but we had quiet stay, depends on the people accomodated. Would come back if visiting again.

The location was great! We got upgraded to a room with our own en-suite, which was really nice. I liked the facilities of the hostel, and the reception staff was friendly. Easy check-in, all smooth. Room was nicely heated and warm.

Noise - there was a room that shared a wall with us and was on top (hard to explain because it was like a high ceiling and half of it belonged to another room) and there was alot of noise coming from that room - stomping and yelling. Parking was also extremely complicated as the machines do not accept card, only coins and we ended up getting a hefty fine as we took awhile to get an app installed to pay for parking.

Moon Hostel has a great location, right in the center of the Old Town. Everything was according to the description, towels provided. All the spaces are clean, there are very nice common rooms for chilling.

The staff doesn't speak much English, but it's not such a big deal. Also, there wasn't coffee in the kitchen, only black tea was available.
