Only 1 hand towel between 2 persons No sink plug in bathroom Shower rail would not keep shower head in place TV channels did not work - only radio. TV showed error - need card replaced No Toaster Lack of tea towels or cloths to wipe dishes Constant amount of water on floor in front of shower. hairdryer had dangerous switch.

I stayed here and also other homwell apartments along poznan several times. It is my first choice and it will be. Location, cleanliness, communication is 10/10. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment. The apartment was in a new building, there was a playground behind the building, suitable for families with children. Very good location.

The living room sofa had seen better days. It’s a bit dirty and the sleeping part detaches.

The location was great - very close to the centre and to the river. Spacious room and the bathroom.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the square. Access and everything is smooth no issues. The only thing is the apartment needs to be renovated. We stayed in those apartments a few years ago and they were exceptional but now they are a little worn down. Sofa was not clean and cover was coming off (had to put a blanket on it to sit on it…And shower was leaking to the side which at times I believe why it smelled of sewerage. Rating it out of 5 I would give it a 3.5 overall now. It would be a 5 if they renovated it like it was a few years ago.

Location is very good.

There is a numbered key lock which failed several times. After contacting the host the problem was solved. No dark curtains in the room so wake up early.... Refrigerator doesn't work so all food was for throw away. I made the remark but didn't get an answer.

The apt is very dark, which is not obvious from the pic. Theres a wall beside the bed and curtains in the windows, which force you to have light switched on all the time. 2 our of 3 nights there were people fighting and screaming outside the apt at 2am, which i understand is not owner’s fault, but would be a reason why I wouldn’t pick this place again. No TV, which I was advised of in advance and offered 15% refund, but booking.com seem unable to process a simple transaction and keeps asking me for proof of payment etc. when I don’t have time for this. Finally one tiny bottle of hair/ body wash in the bathroom. Sachets would be much better option.
