This Ibis was just perfect for me. It was easy to drive to and parking was perfect as they had their own ramp in the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful to me and check in went super-fast and easy. The price was perfect for me. I was in town for the Christmas Markets, and they were an easy walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient for me. I would for sure stay here again and the old city center was really beautiful and interesting to see. I really enjoyed my stay in this Ibis and in Poznan. I can always trust Ibis to be great price and clean rooms and easy parking.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel

Very good location, the old town is easily accessible on foot. Friendly staff, enclosed parking lot under the hotel. Although parking is paid, it was worth it because of the storm that raged that day. I felt calm about my car. Excellent breakfast with many interesting choices. Nice covered beer garden.

The standard room is very small. It was too small for three people. The hotel has been in operation for a long time, so the room feels like it's from 15 years ago.

Ibis is a well-known brand, about which it is known in advance that there will be no unpleasant surprises. Location is simply great! Clean renovated room, 24-hour hotel staff. Tourists are provided with information about city attractions.

There was no electric kettle, which today is already a necessary minimum for hotels of this class. Yes, there is a hot and cold water supply in the hallway. But please provide at least one cup with a handle, otherwise hot tea (your own, of course) is inconvenient to carry in a glass.

It is in a very great location, about 10 minutes walk from the Market Square (2 stops by tram). The rooms are pretty simple, but a much more comfortable option than a hostel, for a very great price. The staff spoke English perfectly, and they were extremely nice and professional. If/When I go back to Poznan next time for a few days, I will definitely consider going back!

We needed an accessible room since my boyfriend is disabled (in a wheelchair), and the doors are pretty heavy, he would’ve had a hard time entering it alone. It’s not something hyper negative, just something that needs to he looked out to when making a reservation.

Parking was easy to enter, parking spot was big enough. Room was comfy and view was decent enough (nothing too near to the window, and enough daylight). Breakfast was good, with some local specialties. The hotel is close enough to the city center.

Would have been nice to sit outside for the breakfast. I guess it's theoretically possible, but I did not see any door in the breakfast area itself, so it would mean long walking from the table to the buffet.

I stay there every year at least 2-3 times. In general I'm Ibis fan and stay in Ibis wherever possible. This one is among my favorites - pretty quite, except sometimes Friday or Saturday night, but in general very quite and safe place. Restaurant is nice, with selection of local dishes, breakfast is good too, although used to be better and richer when I stayed last times. Underground garage comes with an extra, but it's closed garage which is important for me as my car is usually loaded. Staff is welcoming and professional.

Restaurant closes early, at 21.30, could be open one hour longer

The room was what you would expect out of an Ibis: standardized, clean, and small. Location is great compared to city center - walking distance. And the underground parking garage was an absolute must for us. Great !

We booked on the same day, and there was a game conference this weekend, so the room was very expensive compared to the usual price, but I wouldn't say this was the standard. Rooms are fairly small but for a weekend it's ok.

Although 25 mins walk from the main bus/train station, there is a tram stop less than 5 minutes away. Which takes you right through to Lech Poznan stadium. Facilities were good and a comfortable area to sit outside of your room, if needed.

Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Rooms are starting to look a little dated, compared to modern reception.

Conveniently located within walking distance from several attractions. Breakfast option was great.

Wall plugs could have been better positioned for second bed next to the toilet. There were no wall plugs next to the bed; closest was next to the toilet door near the entrance and you need move your bed and have a 2m wire to be able to charge and reach your devices. No kettle in the room for hot water; stayed for 2 nights and still couldn't figure out where the water dispenser was.

The hotel is value for money.

The receptionist at the morning should me more polite and try to hep us. We booked and paid 4 rooms and we finally went 3 persons because 1 of us was sick. I asked her if she could return our money for the 1 person and she told no it couldn't be done because we made a reservation on booking without refund. Booking told us if the hotel says OK then we will have the money back from the hotel. Its not about the money but about the behaviour. She didn't wan to help us and she was telling us that we cant give your refund even if we paid for 4 rooms for 3 days. Sorry but i will never go again to this hotel. The receptionist must be polite and try to help. Not to say at everything No without trying to help.
