- very clean - friendly staff - nice design - great location
- view overlooking a huge parking - a day prior and on the day I was asked like 5 times by different people on different platforms (phone call, sms, email, on booking) what time we arrive even tough I put in on booking.com while making the reservation, and that was just ridiculus and I did not appreciate being bothered this much

The nice staff. Good location to center. Good parking next to it. What I liked the most are those little details to make your stay pleasant. E.g. there are candies to take, or apples in lift to take, in the morning they leave you card with info on weather forecast and what events are in city. And many more very pleasant things. Breakfast was very nice. Style and decorations very interesting and nice. Helped in organising city tour. Helped a lot with baby and needs for baby.
Maybe just that breakfast place is a bit small, cozy. Meaning it is a bit tight when many people come to eat. But that was not that of a bad thing. You can meet other guests:)

As always they pay attention to details - welcome drink; snacks, bowls and beds for dogs; awesome smells; bathrobes. A spacious parking nearby and very close proximity to the attractions and historical city center (restaurants, pubs, shops) as well as to the river (awesome to walk the dogs).
Taking into account their attention to details I was disappointed by the lack of attention to equipment state - the shower head was practically broken, water going through the handle. The tiles in the bathroom just broken. I won't complain about the view from the window (the courtyard with air conditioning buzzing regularly), because we took the last room available, the cheapest one. But I would assume that a 100 EUR per night hotel bathroom would be in better condition.

This quirky hotel is an easy walk to the old Market Square of Poznan. From the moment we walked in the door we were very well looked after. The staff were organised and our room, the Havanna Room, was ready early for us. The room was spacious and filled with light. The bed comfortable, the kettle and small fridge was appreciated. However, the breakfast was next level! Plenty of cold items, but hot food selected from a menu. Excellent! We loved our stay here and would stay again if we return.
Nothing!

I had an incredible stay here. The service was incredible, was welcomed so warmly with a glass of wine. Every detail in that hotel is thoroughly thought out and gives a homey vibe and a beautiful aesthetic. I stayed at Room Cambridge which has English accents across the room. Special mention to the pre-check-in form where I was able to choose specifics such as which scent for the linen should be chosen. From the pillows down to the soap, only the highest quality standard. I was very impressed! Loved it! Only small point I have is that the mattress was not as comfortable, might be in need of replacing soon.

Hotel is really trying hard to impress every guest and I am loving it! From a free welcome drink to free candies and fruits to home made goodbye cookie - everything was really impressive!!! Breakfast was perfect (although on the second day of my stay staff was too busy to offer me breakfast menu, so I was left without it :( ) beds are super comfy, rooms are big and thoughtful. I certainly will return
The only thing I really didn't like what eventually led me sleeping very little amount of hours and waking up at 6 am was curtains. Hotel, even though is using very pretty curtains, they are very bright and white. At 6:30 am you see everything perfectly well, even though I was using the eye band. Please, change that

The staff were all exceptional and made our stay a really great experience. Nothing was too much trouble from eating in the breakfast room to providing all the information and advice about Poznan. One evening it was stormy so the guy on reception ordered a take away for us from the nearby cafe and opened up the dining room for us to eat our meal. There were also lots of little touches like a welcome drink and a packet of biscuits on leaving and loved all the books scattered around the hotel. The city centre is only minutes away and it is also minutes away from the cathedral district in the opposite direction so perfectly sited
Nothing was poor. Our room could have been a little larger where the bed was but that was not a major issue

The staff was very kind and the room was cozy, about 5 minutes per foot away from the city center. Before your stay, the hotel asks you a lot of questions e.g. if you want books in your room, the fregrance of the soap etc.
The room was surprisingly small and not too isolated (regarding the noise). The faucet and the desk besides the bed were a little loose and one towel didn't smell too good. Be careful in choosing a fregrance for the room/bed sheets, it's extremely strong! I didn't sleep too well since the curtains were bright so the room was very bright in the morning. All in all it was a nice stay but for the price I would've expected more.

It was a lovely little boutique hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help and there were loads of little touches. The hotel sent a survey beforehand with some preferences (board games, pillow type etc.) as well as a little cup with chocolates and a weather forecast in the morning. I would recommend and be more than happy to go back.
There was very little to dislike and I can't imagine anyone staying here would be disappointed. A couple of the lights had bulbs out but there was plenty of others. A very minor comment.

Friendly staff Great location Clean room
The bedsheets were old(torn apart in a few places) and needed changing - this was done immediately after I asked staff for it The room was pretty old and may need some renovation (broken shelf, old furniture) There was super little space in the bathroom to keep toiletries so I had to keep some in the room and I'm not taking more than a few basics with me (on a tiny desk) The door in the shower wasn't reaching the floor so there was a mini-flood after each shower. The mattress was very soft and the ergonomic pillow I chose in the survey (they sent a cool survey prior to check in however there was no amendment to the standard stuff although I chose some, I didn't ask staff for it as I wasn't sure if it was optional or not)
