Very modern apartment in the centre of Poznan. Within walking distance to everything. The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Keyless building, which was great. We just used a pin code for the main door and room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 😋 We only met the breakfast staff who were very friendly.

No main reception. Everything was done by messages. We didn't receive our pin code to get into the building. We had to ring the number provided on the door. Having said that, the staff were super responsive, and we were in within a few minutes. As expected, being in the city centre on a Saturday night was very noisy, we were in room 01 on the ground floor. Having accommodation so close to everything has its advantages and disadvantages.. Sunday night was very quiet.

What a wonderful and beautiful stay in Poznan! This 18th century building was recently gorgeously renovated by the owners and offers a super comfortable and relaxing lodging experience. Only one block from Poznan’s recently renovated and beautiful market square in the midst of Old Town, and walking distance to all historical sights and museums. Despite its vicinity to the festive market square (our stay was over the weekend), the soundproofing and quality windows kept the room quiet enough for a good night’s rest - light sleepers might want to have earplugs handy. The building’s renovated “wine cellar” basement, thoughtfully displaying retained historical foundation and walls, is where guests are able to thoroughly enjoy the superb breakfast and service offered by the best host ever, Iwona. A tasteful and secluded outdoor patio is also available for breakfast. If we ever were to revisit Poznan, we would make certain to stay here again.

Everything was superb.

Great location. Could not be better right by the Market Square. Very clean and modern. We stated in the 30m2 twin room with a kitchen. It was big and nicely kitted out for a short break. The beds very mega comfortable. It has lift access and the building has a little outdoor space for guests at the back. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Popular with groups of noisy man coming for a weekend of drinking. At least we have seen a lot of them the weekend we were in. So can be noisy especially where in our room we had adjoining door linking the rooms, which were locked, but the noise from the drinking in their room guys traveled a lot. The kitchen could have a coffee machine or a filter coffee machine. It would be a nice touch.

We had the Deluxe apartment as a treat to ourselves and it was amazing. Finished to a very high standard. Loved the decor and layout. Apartment was easily accessible via a pin code which was provided prior to checking in. Breakfast was very good. Good variety of food provided even though we were the only ones having breakfast. Great location for Christmas market. Good value for money.

Could have been some additional items in the kitchen but can't really fault it overall.

Comfortable beds and pillows (we had a twin room), great AC, clean and tidy, very central location, great communication with host/hotel, nice design, beautiful breakfast that you can eat on a small back yard patio. We got a good price for our stay.

A minibar/refridgerator would have been great. It was pretty noisy saturday night because of the central location, but got quiet around 1am so not too bad. Very quiet the rest of the time (room facing the small street).

Room was quite small but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff friendly. Close to everything in Poznań. Was a little noisy if windows were open but we closed them and there was a fan (it was hot) so was ok. A washing machine was available for guests too - always welcome.

Room was one of the smallest we’ve stayed in but bathroom etc was fine and there was room to store our bags out of the way.

The rooms are purely hotel rooms with the usual tiny hotel kettle. My previous experiences of Apparthotels are that there is some element of self catering / coffee machine in the room. There are no staff in the hotel after 14.00 so you don’t have the hotel advantage of leaving your luggage.

Very attractive and quiet apartment near the old market of Poznan. Very tasteful renovation with a lot of respect for the original historical building. Breakfast is served in the basement where archaeological remnants of the ancient building can still be admired. The renovation was a painstaking process and the owner Iwona rightfully is very proud of the result.

An extra mirror in the bedroom would be helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, its location is simply perfect! It is ideally situated, making it easy to enjoy all the local attractions. Especially, we would like to thank Iwona, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. She was always very helpful and friendly. Thank to her professional skills our stay was even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment, as good as the photos look - we had one of the top floor apartments which were spacious, well decorated, comfy and very quiet. Staff very friendly and thank you for my little Birthday treat and wishes. Breakfast very nice, a good selection and very high quality standard - and the breakfast room is gorgeous. Location great for central Poznan, walked from the train station and on leaving took a taxi, only £4!

Poznan central square is under massive renovation so that looks a bit sad at the moment, mud gets on your shoes and so on - not the Apartments fault of course but just to pre-empt future visitors.
