Room was cosy and comfortable despite not being particularly large. The location couldn’t be faulted, it was a five minute walk from the main old square and there were plenty of restaurants and transport links within easy walking distance. The breakfast was very good with a big variety of sweet and savoury options which changed during the three days we were there. I’d stay here again if I came back to Poznan.

The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking and one of the bedside tables was far smaller than the other but these were minor gripes!

Everything about the hotel was perfect for the stay. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing.

The only slight niggle we had iwas our luggage. We stayed in the hotel next door for several nights and then checked out as we were going to a family wedding elsewhere. We thought that we might be able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we were checking in the next day. Sadly they wouldn't allow us to do this, so we went back to the hotel we had just checked out of and they were very happy for us to leave our luggage there.

Breakfast was great - a wide choice of hot and cold items and was regularly refilled. Good quality Beds were comfortable and shower was good Plenty of seats on the ground floor to have drinks at the bar

My room was on the first floor and I requested a quiet room but because I was on a low floor I could hear the trams going past at night and early morning Room was not cleaned until 5pm on Saturday - just when we got back to the room, having been out all day Reception staff were not prepared to call restaurants to make dinner reservations. We only asked once and they said they couldn't do it! Have never experienced this before....

The location was perfect for exploring the old town and Christmas market. Our room was a proper twin, with two queen sized beds, which were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. The shower was easy to use with good pressure. The Shampoo and conditioner provided were fab. The conditioner especially. Breakfast was lovely, a good variety for a three star. Lots of teas available. The coffee from the machine was decent. The staff were very helpful. They told us what tram to get when we wanted to go to cathedral Island. They also booked us a taxi for our trip back to the airport.

While our room was close to perfect, I'd have loved a bath tub, especially after a long day exploring in the cold. Hotel bar was in the lobby so lacked atmosphere. Service was slow, but the staff were lovely. As we were over for the Christmas market it would have been nice if the lobby had been decorated but that's a minor thing.

Excellent location and value for money being located within walking distance of the historic Old Town square. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and peaceful despite being so near the city centre and is also convenient for the bus and tram stops for services from the airport. The room although small was very comfortable and was well maintained. The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic and is included in the room rate at no extra cost.

Nothing! No complaints and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great. The rooms were exactly the way they looked on the photos and were clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I was lucky not to have noisy neighbours. The AC is controlled from the room and was very quiet. The breakfast was ok: there were enough options to choose from, and everything was fresh.

At one point, I felt a pretty strong smell of car exhaust in the room which must have been coming from the ventilation or from the AC because the windows are sealed, so it wasn't coming straight from the street. And because you can't open the windows, you can't really get any air.

Breakfast: on one hand just ingridiends which can be found in other hotels, on the other hand they were served in amazing way, just asking to be eatten. Also making wafels for breaksast is possible ther. Room was just nice, standard hotel room. It was clean and as advertised. Armchair in the room was very comfortable, had added leg extention.

Labels in polish and english on the higenic products doesn't always match. Actually, english looked correct but polish had a wrong translation. A bit funny, considering that hotel is in Poland.

The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast is every good, though a greater variety, especially by adding Polish sweets, like makowiec and sernik would make it fantastic! Location is great, five minutes walking to the Stary Rynek or Wolnosci square and the staff is polite and helpful as usual.

Though the bathroom is comfortable and modern the water pressure could be higher.

Staff is great at the reception and bar, if not even super great. Location is in walking distance to the old town square. Zabka ”supermarket” down at the intersection, like 100m away. One is able to exit to Swiety Marcin street or Podgorna street from the lobby. A nice bar in the lobby and evening ”snacks” are available even for Take away. Quiet location (trams on Podgorna street). Nearest tram stop is Wroclawska approx 150m away. Breakfast has quite good variety, but might feel cramped during ”rush hour” Breakfast seating is mostly in front of reception area. Cafe Rozove at Wodna street 23, close to SE corner of the old market square has delicious cheesecakes

No threshold on shower floor nor under restroom sliding door>>might let shower water flow even out of restroom facilities.

The location was good for tram stops and access to the old town. There was a view across to the old town square. The bed was comfortable. The aircon was effective.

The breakfast gave me indigestion. One must get the entire breakfast including cereal and tea/coffee etc in one go and take it to the table. Otherwise if you leave anything one the table including unused knife and fork and go back to the servery it will have been taken away before you return. In my opinion the entrance from ul Swiety Marcin was a bit dangerous because entering from bright sunlight it was hard for me to see the steps in dark tiling just inside the door and a ramp on the right side of them.
