Reasonable price for the room, decent breakfast and comfortable beds

Had one incident with one of the staff. We asked for two bowls at reception to then the lady at the reception asked if we were guests. We found that quite offensive as the hotel rules itself say to feel free to ask for anything at reception. The lady did later apologise after we addressed the issue to her later.

Location was great.

Pillows are too small and too soft. I recommend to have second set. Please add milk to rooms as well to be able to make a coffee with it.

This hotel was in an excellent location - a few minutes walk from the old town, and other tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, and worth paying extra for in my opinion. Considering what I paid, I found it to be good value for money, overall.

I found my room a little bit stark, in terms of decor, but that's just a personal opinion. It's also worth pointing out that, being in the centre of the city (and near a square), it can get noisy outside at night if you have the windows open, particularly if your room is situated at the front of the hotel.

It's always a pleasure to stay here when we are in Poznan. The hotel is located super close to the old town (5 min by feet) and not far from the train station (10 min by bus or about 25-30 by feet). The surrounding is calm and nice with some stores and bars. The staff is great as well. We enjoyed our room, it's pretty spacious, simple but comfortable. We had a kettle (we appreciate it) and all this bathroom stuff like shampoo and shower gel. Bed was fine as well. I think if you want something simple but fine for a reasonable price, it's a nice option, so we'll be back. Thanks!

I really wanted to have a fridge inside the room, but unfortunately we didn't. Other things were great!

Perfect location. Comfortable room and bathroom. Kettle with tea/coffee and water for guests. TV with many channels, very good wi-fi, very varied breakfast, friendly staff, everything was perfect thank you. The hotel is modern and clean. And although there was noise from street musicians and a rally in the square outside the window, it's not your fault, of course.

My rating remains 10, but I have a small remark. Let the people who clean the room not throw away unnecessary (in their opinion) things. If I want to throw away something, there are 2 bins and I will do it myself. The woman who cleans threw away the transparent plastic bag, in which I put my liquids and cosmetics for hand luggage at the airport. Yes, I know it looks like an unnecessary plastic bag, but I need it to put my liquids before getting on the plane! For her, this may be garbage, but for me... I needed it. Instead, she could have had a new instant coffee for the kettle. She hadn't.

Location is really good. Underground parking is a nice feature. Bed and pillow pretty comfy and clean. Water and kettle in room is definitely a plus.

There was some concerns about cleanliness. Carpet had a few stains and there was a stain on the wall from dead mosquito or something like that. No safe in the room. Interior is quite outdated, especially in bathroom. Our dates were 100 usd, for that price it’s NOT a 9/10 hotel. For 50-70 bucks it would be excellent (they often have cheaper fares). That matters.

Excellent location, minutes from the Old Market Square and right next to a Christmas market, and a short tram ride to the Main Train Station, modern looking, good soundproofing, helpful English speaking receptionists, able to store luggage, very good and healthy breakfast spread, powerful shower, USB wall sockets and comfortable beds.

The rooms are too hot and can’t be cooled down quickly. The bedsheets are too small for the mattresses. There was still a little bit of rubbish on the floor in a corner of the room when we got there on the firat day so the cleaning was not thorough enough. Tea bags and coffee in the room are not refilled daily. The coffee at breakfast taste bland.

Very good location. 5 minutes walk to the main market square, in the center of the old town but calm. I have got a big room adapted for wheelchair users which i really appreciated, especially, that it had a very nice view (rare for this kind of rooms). Friendly and knowledgeable reception (young man, unfortunately i did not catch his name). At first, my dad got a room which was far away from mine although on the same floor. My request to swap the room for a closer one was quickly and positively addressed. Thank you. We had both a great time. Breakfast is a very good value for money and worth taking.

It is a lovely, clean, and bright hotel, great sound-proofing via triple-glazed windows, and bedrooms have attractive decor. Breakfast is plentiful, as is the hot water in the shower, and the hotel is in a great location. Staff were very welcoming (although I am not convinced my queries re cooling the room were followed up).

The aircon didn't really work very well and even with very cool temperatures outside, the rooms were very warm. We couldn't cool ours easily except by opening the window (which let a lot of noise in from street works and crowds of people). The foam mattresses are very warm too, so even in March, our sleep was disturbed by overheating. My friend was also not impressed with the coffee served at breakfast, so we had further breakfasts later on our stay at a local kawiarnia.

The location is amazing, right in front of Plac Wolności, a couple of minutes away from the main square and many great restaurants. We stayed there in the end of November and I would totally recommend this period of the year as there is a Christmas market right in front of the hotel. The staff was super nice. Even though we stayed there just for one night we were asked in the morning whether we needed extra towels or toilet paper. Hotel room was nice, clean and quiet (even though we stayed on the ground floor on a Friday). We left our car in the underground hotel parking for 40PLN. Even though we checked out at 11am, we could leave our car in the parking lot until 7pm without any problems. We will definitely stay there the next time we come to Poznań :)
