The location is very good. It's very convenient to go to the Old Town and recommended places in Poznan. The staff is very nice, helpful and supportive. I forgot my jacket there, and I remembered it when I came to Wroclaw. I sent a message to Stay99 Apart, and they responded very quickly, immediately helping me send my jacket to Wroclaw. They also gave me clear instructions on how to get the parcel from the locker near me. I really appreciate their support.

All in all, the place is good. My room is on the ground floor, so for me, it's a bit noisy sometimes if I open the window to get some fresh air.

I stayed in cosy, little apartment. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. Apartment was very well facilitated ( on top of essential I found iron and ironing board, air conditioner and shared washing machine and air dryer). The sofa bed was very comfy. The apartment provided all little things which I needed for my short stay, like a dishwasher sponge, dishwasher cloth and even (very clean) fabric kitchen towel and washing up liquid. I didn't have to worry about buy the whole pack which I will not be using anyway. The location of the apartment is great, lots of shops close buy. Apartment was clean and the window was left open. The service I received from the reception was very professional and friendly. I stayed in 3 different places in Poznan while my short stay and definitely can say this is a winner! I am planning more trips to Poznan in close future and will check availability in this place first! Thank you x

Nothing major to share, all is good.

The apartment was cozy and cute, it was surprisingly spacious with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom and big enough bed. It was very warm inside, even though the outside temperature was around -10C during our stay, we kept the windows opened for some time throughout the day and the temperature was still very comfy. The bathroom was small, but had everything you might need and the water pressure was great (the apartment we stayed at is on 4th floor). Big plus for the washing machine available (it’s located in the common space). The location is excellent with many shops, restaurants and bakeries around. Old town is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The staircase is narrow and pretty steep, it might be a big problem for someone with mobility issues, since there’s no elevator. On the first morning of our stay we woke up with no electricity since there was some maintenance going on in the building. It kept going on and off for around 3 hours so we were unable to work (remotely from our laptops). Other than this there’s nothing to complain about.

Absolutely fantastic location - only a couple of minutes away from Central Square. Apartment rither small but had everything in it ,good cleaning standards, washing machine available in the building for everyone to use. Great communication from the host, we asked to have accommodation on the ground floor as there is no elevator in the building and they fulfil our request without any problems. Great value for money.

Microwave would be beneficial.

Everything was great. The building is located inside the courtyard, so it is very quiet and you can sleep with the window open

The description does not clearly indicate whether there is a lift. THERE IS NO LIFT! We were with small bags, so we checked in on the 4th floor. We train a lot (we are 61 and 70 years old):)

Very small apartment but done very well. The use of the space was great. All facilities you need where there. The sofa bed was comfy and solid, air conditioning worked great. The shower was very powerful! Very happy and would definitely stay again

Great location, excellent value for money, good size apartment.

A little bit noisy, could hear neighbouring apartments. Had some trouble getting in until someone mentioned you needed to put a star at the end of the code number!

Location amazing, Apartment had all facilities you need for few days stay in the city. Room with air-conditioning iron kitchen facilities with starter set. Really really plesent

Shower head litttle to small

It was in a great location, being walking distance from everything. The room was also nice, clean, and comfy.

Only issue is the room door was difficult to open at first. I thought I was locked in until I realized I had to push the door in before I could pull open.
