The apartment was close to the railway station and we were able to pick up the key from a reception desk and thus knew that if anything was wrong we could go and talk to someone. The apartment had blinds to darken the room for sleeping and we were able to cook in the kitchen and the table and chairs provided were great to eat at. The washing Machine was also great to have. We walked from the apartment to all the places we wanted to see eg the Old Town and The Rogalowe Museum, the Palace etc.

IT would have been great to have a microwave and toaster and a couple of comfortable chairs either as part of the table or against the wall in the kitchen between the fridge and the bed. We were there for 4 nights so having to sit either on the bed or at the table was not always good.

I was delayed getting from the airport, and the reception staff called me to check I was on my way and reassure me they would be there. The apartment had a concierge with keycode entry to the building, making me feel safe as a solo female. The apartment was very well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen equipment. It had a small balcony, but no chairs to put on it. Bed was very comfortable.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the station and the airport bus. The apartment is a 20-25 minute walk to the Town Square where the restaurants and bars are. There a few bars and restaurants close to the apartment but not many. However, buses and trams are plentiful and cheap. On the Friday and Saturday night, with the window open it was quite noisy, especially as the local football team had just won the league. My view looked over gardens but on to a blank wall of another building, gave privacy but not a view.

We truly had such a lovely stay, thank you! The apartment was spacious, clean, and felt really welcoming from the moment we arrived. The views over the city were beautiful, and we loved how everything was so thoughtfully arranged. As pet owners, it was such a bonus having the park just across the road, perfect for morning and evening walks. There’s even a little playground in the park, which would be great for families with kids. The allocated parking spot was really convenient, and the express checkout made everything super smooth, especially since we had to leave very early in the morning. And we have to mention the bakery next door, the smell in morning was irresistible. Everything was clear and easy to follow, which made our stay feel completely stress-free. We’d happily stay here again and will definitely recommend it to friends.

Modern and newly furnished apartments with excellent air conditioning. The shower amenities (including Rituals products) were a lovely touch and made the stay feel very premium. I also appreciated the high standard of cleanliness — it was clear that a professional cleaning team was involved, with several staff members ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained.

The key pickup and key return were located in a separate building rather than at the main reception, which added unnecessary hassle, especially when carrying heavy luggage alone or managing a tight schedule.

The view is amazing. Directly looking to a small park with lots of greenery. It was clean, tidy and quality. The furniture is modern. Living space is great. Nespresso machine is a good touch. There is no AC as far as we can see but the weather was good so we didn’t need it. It was OK. The location is really close to the old town and easy to access to lots of travel options.

The balcony is not completely safe for kids. There is a gap between the balcony ground and barrier. Additional to these, those barriers are glass. I totally understand that it is the design of the building. However, just like that great free baby crib, there can be some extra balcony protections. We felt really on-trigger when our kid was wondering the balcony. Other than this everything was great.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning—it offered a picturesque outlook that made the stay feel special. Additionally, the location was extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which made our arrival and departure very easy and stress-free. Being close to public transport and central amenities was a major plus. I really appreciated that they provided Rituals products for guests, especially the orange cedar scent, which is one of my favorites. It added a nice touch of luxury to the stay.

One aspect that was slightly inconvenient was the key return process. Having to walk to a different building to return the key—especially while carrying heavy luggage or being pressed for time—was a bit challenging. It would have been more convenient if there had been a drop-off option at the same location where we stayed. That said, the drop-off point was nearby, just in a neighboring building; it was mainly the weight I was carrying that made it feel more difficult.

The location is convenient, right next to the main train station, but not very close to the old town. Check-in is at building No. 37, where they assign you to a specific building and room. They use traditional keys with a quick key drop for checkout. The receptionists were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Early check-in is available subject to availability and extra charges.

The room was good, and it seemed recently renovated, though there was a strong smell. Overall, it was clean, except for the bedding, which had yellow marks – please ensure fresh bedding and sheets are provided to every new guest. The metal curtain buttons weren’t working.

Good location close to the bus / tram station. Good public transport links, got he 159 bus straight form the airport to the bus station and then a 5 minute walk to the apartments. Helpful and friendly receptionist. Only 15 minute walk into old town. Close to MTP building and tram to the Termy waterpark, new zoo and ski slope. Nice room with well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and nice bathroom with shower gel and hand soap. Complete black out curtains - we slept late as it was so dark!

Could of used a microwave but nothing to really complain about. Also would of been nice to have some balcony furniture to sit outside., but we just took the dining chairs out!

The apartment is located only 5 min away from Poznań Main train station, and there is a shop (Żabka) and a nice restaurant, which serves delicious breakfasts (Towarowa) nearby. We had no problem with entering the building even after 10:00pm as we received very clear instructions via email on how to enter the building and pick up the keys. The manager was also very helpful with arranging an invoice, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious, bright and immaculately clean, and the bed/sofa were comfortable. He had a good night sleep and would definitely stay again. The heating/air-con worked very well, as did the wi-fi.

It was a bit noisy at times with police sirens going off during the night and the train station nearby, but it was nothing major.

When travelling solo I usually opt for somewhere close to the train station. This was a great apartment just a few minutes walk from Poznan station and airport bus stop. The apartment was great - large, airy, bright studio with comfortable bed and lovely view (upper floor) and balcony. There's a small grocery store opposite, a cafe round the corner and Poznan town an easy and short walk across the little park. (Note: The reception is just off Towarowa in a small side street - look for the large red sign 37 Towarowa)
