We got a hotel room with actually had two rooms = one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and two toilets. The breakfast buffet starts early with enought items to chose from. The location is very good 10 min walk to central train station, airport bus stops are 200 m away, exhibition and fair ground 300 m away, walking distance to old center. Rooms are quiet. For myself I found the bed comfortable and I sleep very well. The hotel offers mineral water and a water cooker. The personal is friendly.

As I mention the personal was friendly, but it was nearly impossible to communicate in English or any other langauge except in Polish. I don't expect perfect English, where English is not the mother tongue but even with very simple sentences words and Google translation it was very difficult to communicate. The water cooker was dirty and even we ask for a clean one , that never happend. (communication problem :) ) However the postive aspects of our stay are still overrule

Great location between city centre and airport, zoo is just across the road and historical centre easily accessible by tram. Comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff.

The atmosphere was a bit lugubrious in the evening as all the lights are switched off in the communal areas, it would be a bit cosier to keep them on and make these spaces accessible and inviting for guests after dark.

Amazing clean interior and fascinating design !! Staff supportive and super friendly reception has allowed me in the room 1h ahead of check in time, upon early arrival !!

The bed mattress was a bit too hard, for me, although that is very individual for each person. Overall the place is amazing !!!

I was there for one night and had no soap. Unfortunately, the hotel had no soap stock any more.

About 10 minute walk to train station, 15 min to the old town square. Clean and comfortable. We appreciated the elevator. Nice breakfast. Beautiful stained glass in common areas

Good place for overnight stay. Close to city center. Rooms need a little upgrade but they are clean and quiet. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The place needs a little update

Great atmosphere in the hotel, many art works handmade, not printed. Old wooden furniture. I would like to come back. Good breakfast, many kinds of cheese. As I seen, it has own bar, but I didn't visit it this time. Pets friendly.

There were no hair-dryer in my room, but I didn't ask at the reception, maybe they would provide me one.
