A little hidden gem in the heart of chic Park Wilson/Lazarz/Ulanska near IInternational Fair. ItMs the equivalent of London’s Holland Park. Full of restored historic mansion buildings, near Palmiarnia with it’s tropical cafe and new Betonhouse. The apartment is modern, stylish, well equipped with comfortable bed. Apt. B is on the raised ground floor with just few steps up from the street. Easy to get in with keyless entry. It is super quiet and cosy, so I slept like a baby. Irena was an amazing host, really helpful and attentive. Answered all my queries even I did have a couple of blonde moments, or rather a sleepless night before. As a fellow host, I think Irena is a 5* host. Really appreciate the location as it is near my fave Ulanska Old Barracks hotel /restaurant complex, gorgeous Wilson Park, walking distance to main rail station and with plenty of buses, trams nearby on Glogowska Str. It takes only about 20 mins walk to Old Browar shopping and cultural centre or you can hop on a tram and be there and the centre in a jiffy. Highly recommended and I’ll be back. Super quiet, easy to enter, great location, modern and stylish

Very clean, quiet and bright penthouse apartment in an excellent location. Nice and helpful staff. Very good internet connection. Good smart TV. Ideal for a few days.

After 3 or 4 days we noticed a few things that could have been better. No oven, no washing machine and we missed some cooking utensils. We could only regulate the temperature of the penthouse apartment between 20C and 22C. The individual duvets where too small. The working area table by the window was not fit for purpose, barely 40cm deep and not comfortable to work on. Please check the shower door handle. The front door uses a magnetic lock that leaves a gap, and rattles every time anyone moves around the building. Probably not the best option for more than just a long weekend.

The room was spacious and clean. It's great that you don't need to carry keys to get in and out, you have a code for every door. The room matched the description perfectly. Great location for what I needed on the trip and very close to grocery stores. Overall it was a very good stay with minor inconveniences but would recommend

It was very loud, you can here people in other rooms especially above you. Children were running upstairs for hours which made it difficult to work and relax. The room was missing certain features, like hangers in the bathroom for your towels, certain sockets didn't work to plug in your devices and it was difficult to change the temperature in the room so it was really hot throughout my stay. For me personally it was missing an iron and ironing board.

Very cozy apartments. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, cutlery, dishes, tea/coffee, even a toast maker, microwave, hairdryer and so on. The location is convenient in a quiet place - 15 minutes walk to the station, 35 minutes walk to the city center.

We are used to walking barefoot around the apartment, so it seemed to us that the floor was a bit dirty, but only the floor, otherwise everything was clean - the bed linen and the plumbing, and so on.

Easy to locate, although not in the city centre it’s very well connected via buses and trams. Property itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was very good, they were quick to respond to my questions before check in- we did not contact them afterwards so cannot comment. Information was accessible in the room.

The apartment, despite its small size, was as good as I saw it in the pictures, close to shopping centers, the train station and city landmarks. The owner of the apartment was friendly and kind .

Clean, new and spacious apartments on a quiet street. Wonderfull, large and soft bed, large shower, nice kitchen.

The door into bathroom was broken and didn’t close in our room, but thats a small issue )

Gorgeous apartment! I would highly recommend 👌 Convenient check-in and checkout without contacting anyone - you just receive the code for door opening. Everything in the apartment looks exactly as on pictures (except the food on the table ;) - very comfortable bed, 2 sets of towels, hairdryer, dishwasher, all necessary toiletries and kitchen accessories available, iron was available by request. Apartment is located in the calm and beautiful street (a lot of flowers were blossoming there at the time of my visit). Beautiful church is located round the corner. It's a bit far from central old part of town - approx 35 min to walk- but if the weather is good you will enjoy it. On the way you can find many shops, supermarkets, parks, shopping mall and train station. Also it's easy to get a taxi or use a public transport. We were very happy to book this place and we will stay here whenever possible on our next trips.

Great location, shop is next door to the property and tram stop just round the corner. Apartment was very clean, it had everything we needed, including toiletries. We would definitely stay there again.

The mattress on the bed was a little hard for my liking but it’s personal preference.

Nice, compact, mini apartment with kitchen annexe and super comfortable bed.

I had the impression, that the room was equipped with the bare minimum to qualify for the standard.
