Staff were very helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. We even had a balcony to sit out on at night. We were a family of 4 - so had a studio with bathroom. Very spacious. Excellent choice of high quality food at breakfast. Parking directly outside hotel. Lots of nice eating restaurants nearby. Definitely would go back.

Located 2 mile from centre of Poznan however metro and bus stop at hotel.

Shower had no curtain or wall in bathroom. Water was splashing all over the bathroom 😃 Windows has no curtains in the bedroom and bathroom, therefore coziness was lacking in the room. Had to ask for iron 3 times until it was delivered to my room.

Restaurant/breakfast was great, room was perfect.

They say they have a gym but it cannot really be defined as such, or at least they should publish the pictures of that fitness room.

The room was big, comfortable and very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The property is not far away from the airport - 15min drive. Wi fi is excellent too.

Although it is not far away from the trade center and Poznan tourist attractions you must hire a car or pick up a taxi because of the cold and rainy weather during winter. Taxis are cheap in Poznan. There is no fitness room.

Morning receptionist, were brilliant, friendly, polite, accommodating thank you.

Evening receptionist Ms Justyna could be more polite. We came around 9 PM.. no greeting at all- “what’s your name?” (between “no mood to rude”.) made a feel for guilt for coming. :( Breakfast could be more update, doesn’t look fresh.

Breakfast was delicious, the very nice design of the room, many flowers, a lot of green plants. Very cosy. Easy to use buffet, nothing missing. An interesting design of the room, the bathroom in the middle, you could go around. Very nice young staff member was on the check-in.

The bed was too close to the window and was cold in the room. Noise from the restaurant before midnight. Not great is somebody needs good sleep before a long day,

I don't like short breakfast timing, I always had a breakfast late, but I considered this as my personal preference

Nice enough room but not keen on the location. Breakfast was good.

The service in the restaurant was very poor but after complaining a young man was very apologetic and couldn't do enough,he was excellent.

The gym was open 24/7, the reception as well, homemade cakes were at the reception, which was a nice touch. The room and the hotel overall were clean, in a quiet location outside the city center.

The minibar is not free in the room but otherwise everything was great.
