This was our second stay at the hotel, but this time we stayed for 6 nights. The location was great for what we needed and city centre is easily accessible by public transport or taxi. Great room size, very comfy bed and loved the bathroom with wet room. Breakfast was wonderful, a lot of healthy choices, bakery every day, good and fresh quality of food. We also had dinners in few evenings and as previously said the chefs do a great job and everything is always tasty and freshly prepared. Staff mostly good and very good, but I would advice them to smile more.

I would give the hotel 10 as we did in our previous stay, but, u fortunately in this occasion housekeeping let's us down, thus generous 8. Although the room was very clean when we arrived, during our stay it has not been cleaned as for 4* hotel standards, or not cleaned at all. Bedlinien has not been changed at all for 6 nights. The room has been only cleaned properly after I addressed it with reception on our last day stay. Also, we booked superior king room and we received room at the rear with the view of the construction site (hotel does SPA extension). There is one armchair in the room, so if you want a coffee, one person either seat on the bed or on a desk chair.

Our room was pleasant and clean. For a one night stay it was great, but the main reason why we loved it so much was the free sauna option. Upon arrival we booked a time and for one hour could have a fully equiped sauna just for us. It was very enjoyable after a long trip.

In our room we had a pretty loud fridge and we had trouble sleeping because of it. There was no trash can present in our room.

Clean, easy to navigate the hotel. Lovely layput with lift showing views over Poland. Quiet & friendly.

Could be a kettle in the room, the coffee machine being used for tea doesn't quite work as the tea tastes of previous coffee and the water doesn't get to high temperature. Small problem which is probably only an individual issue. Also, room service for food would be a bonus. All else is perfect actually.

Very nice hotel. Large room with comfortable beds. Free parking. Very good breakfast. In this period the street in front of the hotel is a construction site, but it is possible, with the directions of the hotel, to reach it quite well. If in trouble, park at the Biedronka's parking right behind the hotel, then go to the reception by foot and ask for directions.

The air conditioning didn't work very well and this made our stay a little uncomfortable because we were there during hot days. There was the possibility of opening the window only a few centimetres due, I think, to security reasons but these allowed only very little air to enter.

Spacious room and great size bathroom-wet room. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Sauna for exclusive use is a great bonus.

Everything was perfect; the only thing we would say is TV was too small to the size of the room (if you want to watch it from the bed) and would be convenient to have bathrobe in the room when using sauna. The hotel is in the process of adding more SPA facilities, so I hoping bathrobes will be provided in the near future

A very good hotel, which i think it's going to be "improved" as some update/maintenance work was on going. We weren't affected, as we've stayed over the weekend. Nice, clean room with all the necessary amnesties. Very good and rich breakfast and pretty good location (close to the main train station).

Good breakfast. Also a very good bar, but the best was the Steak & Grill restaurant, the best food we had in Poznan.

I didnt understand the policy of having to leave the tables at 23.00 (i think it was) as they have to prepare the facilities for breakfast. Ok I even understand the policy of bar closing at a certain time but they should at least keep one part of the restaurant/bar/lobby area open for hotel guests that wish to remain there and finish up their drinks.

The restaurant and breakfast were excellent 👌 The room facilities and the service are great. The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The location is good (close to the Christmas market and also comfortable to get to the Old Rynek by tram or to have some walk there around 40 mints). There is also parking available.

The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable, there was a coffee machine, the water pressure in the shower was good. There was air con.

The road in front of the hotel is being dug up and access to the car park was not obvious. We had to park and walk to find out how to drive into the car park. (To be fair, this is mentioned on the hotel’s own website, but not on booking.com). There appeared to be many more rooms than parking spaces.

The room was clean and cozy and finaly our kids had separate beds, which also were comfortable enough. The breakfast was delicious, great variety of desets and not standard dishes. The hotel has restaurant inside, the prices are affordable.

Threre was no hairdryer. The price was high
