Great location only 10 mins walk from the station, about 25 mins walk from the “tourist” area and a convenience store just 2 mins walk away. There is a police station just a street away so it felt like a safe area to be in as a foreigner too. It was easy to find the apartment and use the keycodes. The room has radiators and the windows fully open so the room was always a comfortable temperature. The fridge /freezer has plenty of space. They provided towels, body wash, a sponge and all cooking utensils I needed (pots, pans, forks etc)

It was expensive for the area and you definitely can get similar for a lower price esp for the size of the bathroom/kitchen (wouldn’t really call it an apartment, more, en-suit hotel room but the closet was converted into a kitchen), and not really knowing what room you will get so you need some luck there, but due to the convenience of location and being able to check in myself whenever I need I would still consider this place again if I come back to poznan and my train gets in at an unconventional check in time again as that was a requirement I needed to work around when looking for somewhere to stay and most receptions would be closed. Overall I do still recommend this place though.

The apartment has no lift. It's an old building, although the apartments are renovated. If you have things to carry, please consider, especially if you are alone. Staff, of course, can help, and they were nice; however, it depends on when they would come, as they normally communicate by phone or by their app, where everything is mentioned. However, if you need help, it can take minutes.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory and the apartment offered good value for money. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided met our basic needs.

The biggest drawback was the lack of parking facilities. We had to park our car on the street in front of the building, and unfortunately, it was taken away by the municipality overnight. This caused significant inconvenience and stress, and we ended up paying 200 EUR to retrieve our car. If you plan to stay here and are driving, I strongly recommend looking for secure parking options in advance.

Same menu with basic Western dishes but I like the fact that the apartment tries to change some dishes very day to avoid repetitivness

Great localisation (10 min from railway station). Main tram route just by the building. Very comfortable check-in with the code (but the owner is very responsive via chat!). Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and clean towels. Shop 20 meters away. In the room is everything you need - glasses, plates, ironing board, fridge, hair dryer etc.

Although the street below building is not busy, there is a lot of noise when the car drives during the night. Also there was a building site just opposite to our window - it creates issue at early morning IF you have a window open (just a note if you travel during hot summer). When closed - it is NOT an issue. Note that it is 3rd floor, if you are too lazy ;)

Really nice and clean apartment. Larger than most studios in the city center. Comfortable bed. Kitchen with all the basics. Great location. A short walk to the train station, supermarket, shopping mall and the International Fair grounds. Nice park with the old Palm House nearby. Very helpful and accommodating stuff. They helped us a lot with our usual situation. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is just next to the Christmas Fair and within walking distance from Poznan Główny. Access to the room was fast and hazzle-free, as well as the check out. Room was clean, spacious and had anything you would need for a short stay in the city.

The staircase and common areas outside of the apartment are dated and currently under renovation, a bit dusty. Workers started making loud noise at 8:30am.

I left my mobile charger there and forgot to take it with us when we check out, I already inform the staf as soon as i realized it but no response until now. maybe next time they can have some quick response.

The fact that I don't know which numer of the street I am booking in my room. Some of the rooms have difftent more or less modern look. Also beds are more uncomfortable than comfortable, in used condition.

The room was brilliant for the price, staff were helpful, and the location was excellent.
