Visited this hotel for 2 nights with my wife. We had the "Apartment" room. The room was very big! So much space it was nice. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! The bathroom was big too. Had a DEEP bathtub and separate shower. If there is a place in Poznan you want to find a good steak dinner...THIS is the place! The steak is served on a HOT plate that continues to cook your steak to your desire. The meat they used was grade A beef (Black Angus) and spiced perfectly. The pool area was nice. We enjoyed using the steaming room and sauna. They had a Turkish bath, but it must have been out of service as it was locked. The pool area is smaller, but accommodating for the few people who were present at the time. They had a hot tub too.

We wanted to get massages, but it was fully booked and we were not able to get an appointment.

Very good restaurant, very good breakfast, big beds. Very big free parking. Internet access also free.

The shower has some mold - requires deep cleaning. The water hardly goes out of the shower. The room does not have a lock from the inside. The walls are very thin - you can loudly hear people from other rooms and even the church near by. I found a long hair in the toilet from the previous guest. The breakfast is good, but quite expensive.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time everything was exceptional so much so we recommended it to friends who sadly found the then staff unfriendly something we found out for ourselves on our 2nd stay a couple of years after our first stay . I am pleased to say that this our 3rd stay this problem has been resolved and the staff (well almost all of them ) have been very helpful and friendly. The facilities are fantastic especially the spa area and location.

Sadly the staff in the spa still have to learn how to treat customers one girl with a very sour face reluctantly gave my husband a towel leaving me without until I asked her for one . She was literally more interested in chatting to the other girl on the spa reception and this was not a language barrier because my husband is polish speaking .

The hotel and the structure in general is well organized with good parking place, clean rooms and nice wellness area. Breakfast with a lot of choices and restaurant with good food and affordable prices. Only the position, if you are looking for something closer to the City center, can be disappointed but for the rest it was a nice experience.

Everything is clean, the room is comfortable. The staff is helpful. Everything is beautiful. The room is very comfortable for a family with a pull-out sofa. The bedding is clean. We are very satisfied. Next time we will stay longer. Try the pleasures of the spa.

We didn't find any cards for do not disturb. But it's not a problem at all. The robes are not suitable for men, they are very small and short. The descriptions of the procedures are only in Polish, it is difficult to understand.

I'm going to Sauna past 20 years, here Finnish is pretty good - 80*C small for 4-5 people. It lacks an fresh/cold air relax zone and pool water is warm (i prefer cold). Either way it is a proper sauna, pool and jakuzi 👍

Sauna, Staff, Location is perfect, Room, everything was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room is big and nicely equipped, very quiet, soundproof, 24 h reception, 2 grocery shops near by, relax zone (sauna, swimming pool) are very nice and free for the clients. Drinking water in the room, electric kettle, tea and coffee bags. bed linen is great. Balcony. I didn’t have breakfast this time, but I stayed in this hotel before and it’s good. generally nice quiet place for travelers by car, lovely spa zone to get rest after working day, I recommend and will stay there again.

I have booked room for one person, but it’s double room, besides I had just one big towel (considering sauna and swimming pool 2 towels would be helpful), one slippers (the same comment). when I asked on the reception for the spare pair after visiting relax zone - there were no slippers;). Swimming pool is closed in the middle of the day for a few hours (except week—end), it’s just small remark, probably will be useful to check the schedule in advance. no milk for the coffee.

Very nice, modern spa hotel, good breakfast

During half of our stay, the spa facilities were closed due to technical issues. This was disappointing 😞 we stayed in the apartment, which is very nice, but previous occupants had a dog which left the room smelly, a choice of pet free rooms would be recommended. 2 small issues, but overall a very nice hotel

The restaurant and all the staff… this people are amazing!

I already stayed like 8 times in this hotel, everything is amazing… but the only have bed sheets for singles, and when the bed is a couple’s bed, they use two bed sheets for single persons…

We enjoyed very much at the hotel/ We are a family of five and we visited at Regatta Between August 22 to August 30. Facilities There is a very nice Butik pool and wet\dry sauna at the hotel that usually open until 21:00. The pool and sauna were nice option for last attraction to finish the day. There also a very good restaurant that located within the hotel and the food is at high standard. There is enough space to park your car near the hotel, the hotel parking is very big and there is a church near the hotel with a lot of space to park. You will also find very convenient access with your lugged from the parking lot to the hotel. There is a balcony for each room, and we stayed in a room with a shared balcony. There was no problem with the other guest and everyone respect the other privacy. There is also a bar and a coffee machine where you can buy yourself a drink. Location There is a small lake near the hotel and some restaurant in the area, we visited the Sushi restaurant 5 minutes derive from the hotel and we also recommend to visit there if you like sushi. Just beneath the hotel you will find a supermarket and pharmacy. There is a bigger supermarket across the street. In general The stuff is English speaking, very friendly and helpful. The room are clean and you always can something from the stuff regarding to your room. We enjoyed our staying there very much and we certainly recommend this hotel.
