Lovely hotel in an excellent location; just a few minutes walk to the Town Square. Hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and we particularly liked the free hot drinks available in the lobby. Our room was a good size and very cosy and the bathroom was very nicely decorated with an excellent shower and underfloor heating. The bathroom is like a glass cube in the room, not a completely separate room, but the glass was quite obscured and there was a curtain that cut the bathroom off from the bed area. Breakfast was a feast with loads of choice and it was all delicious.

The pillows on the bed were not comfy. There were 2 normal size pillows and 2 massive ones and they were all too soft and felt like they sank down to nothing. We asked for some harder pillows which were better but there was only 1 normal size hard one and 1 massive one available so only one of us could get a good nights sleep. There wasn't really any drawer space in the room and not much space for hanging.

(1) Excellent location on the edge of the old town; 2 to 5 minutes' walk to all the old town sights and many cafes and restaurants. (2) Very helpful, knowledge, smiling staff. (3) Large shower cubicle with a powerful shower. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. (4) Heavy curtains blocked out most light effectively (5) The air-conditioning was silent, however, could only be adjusted up or down by temperature and could not be turned off (6)The coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch and there was plenty of space for sitting and relaxing. (6) By each elevator there was a discrete recycling box for glass/plastics/paper. .

(1) A proper rack to put a suitcase on flat was needed in the room. (2) A shelf in the shower cubicle would have been useful for guests' own toiletries. (3) İn the mid-afternoon on Friday, very loud techno music shook the windows of my room. I asked reception and was told that on Fridays and Saturdays their DJ has a dance party for the guests in the patio. I found this surprising as the hotel guests I had seen so far did not look like thevtecho-dancing type. Not quite sure what this added to the hotel's dempgraphic...it stopped at 10 pm

Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was lovely and the bed was incrediblely comfortable. Good shower and lots of little things added that make a hotel stay feel great. It was also my sisters birthday and they left some macarons in the room with a lovely note. Fab location and the staff were all really friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Slight let down was breakfast. It wasnt included (absolutely fine) so we paid to add it on but found the bread was a little dry and we weren't told there were options you could order in request until it was too late. This is a small thing though as, although I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, the hotel was fab overall!

I recently stayed at PURO Hotel Poznań, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The hotel in person looks even better than the images on the website, which is rarely the case. The staff were exceptional: highly professional yet relaxed and approachable, creating an atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The interior design deserves special mention. It’s a perfect blend of modern and classical style, consistent throughout the entire hotel, from the welcoming lobby, through the rooms, to the restaurant. It really elevates the whole experience and makes the stay feel refined yet warm. We stayed in an enhanced standard room, which was perfectly spacious for two adults, our luggage, and a child. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the essentials: high-quality toiletries, a large TV positioned exactly where it should be (not always the case in other hotels), a hair dryer, an ironing board, and everything you might need during your stay. Cleanliness was outstanding, and I have to highlight the bed linens, which felt like top-quality Egyptian cotton. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Nifty, and it was another excellent experience—delicious food, attentive service, and fantastic wine. The welcome drinks were a thoughtful extra touch. To sum it up: it’s rare to enjoy such a consistently positive experience in every aspect of a hotel stay. For me, this was a 10/10. Design, cleanliness, staff, comfort and location.

There are only minor things: Would be cool if there were snacks that could be purchased. Either at the reception or a vending machine. A hook for the hand towel next to the sink would be great. Had no good place to keep it. Also, the towel rack for the shower is no well placed. The door of the shower opens in a way, that then the towel rack is behind it. So when I took a shower, I had to step out wet, close the door and only then can reach the towel. Also: Coffee cream would be nice to have, not only sugar.

The staff and food at the restaurant (including breakfast) was really great. I travel a lot, and I was surprised by how many vegan options were available! Very comfy bed, everything was clean. Super friendly and helpful stuff. Great location, super close to Old Town square:) Rooms are cozy and pretty. Very modern:)

Everything was great, I just think that rooms are quite small. For one night it was okay, but for longer stay I would prefer a little bigger space. And there’s no much privacy in terms of bathroom, because it’s just glass separating it from the rest of the room but it has its vibe:) I know it’s a PURO style cause I’d also stayed before in their hotel in Gdansk and it was like that as well. Great hotel overall! Would definitely come back;)

Perfectly located, close to the old town and beautiful market square. Cosy rooms with nice standard and very clean. Underground parking garage was great for SUVs. Nice terrace in the backyard. Restaurant serves very good food and drinks. Staff was friendly in general. Coffee machine in the lobby available for all guests as nice addition.

Minor service improvement especially during breakfast could be made. We had the feeling the hotel was understaffed and couldn’t keep up cleaning tables and providing all breakfast necessities.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, so we were able to sleep very well. The shower was also excellent, and we were really happy to have a kettle in our room with a nice selection of tea. The decor in the hotel is really lovely, and the location is excellent (only a couple of minutes from the main square). The staff were also very professional and helpful.

The sauna is very small (it only fits two people at a time), so despite trying to use it twice, both times it was occupied and we weren't able to use it. The room could have also done with just a little bit more storage for folded items (only having one small drawer between two people isn't really enough).

The hotel is at an excellent location. Only 5 min walk from central market place. The breakfast was excellent and you may ask for anything extra and they will provide it for you. The serving staff were always with a smile. The room was very comfortable with a heated bathroom floor which we have never experienced even in a 5 star hotel! We already recommended the hotel to our friends who will be visiting Poznan in the near future.

Although there was free coffee and tea in the lounge we preferred to have coffee making facilities in the room since being a light sleeper I would have cared having a tea in the comfort of my room early morning.

We all loved this hotel! Stunning design, comfortable beds, super clean rooms and tons of included facilities and offers made this a truly stand-out stay. I used the sauna, gym, table tennis and rental bikes which were all included, as well as a free walking tour organised by the hotel. We did pay for the additional breakfast, which I thought was steeply priced at first, but turned out to be very fairly priced for the excellent quality and wide variety of food.

The sauna could at least use a second chair so both people can actually rest in between rounds.
