This hotel has super comfortable and luxury rooms - with comfortable beds, storage space for your stuff, large table and big bathroom. There are also lots of sport facilities and programs to participate in - some pf them paid, some with discounts and some free for hotel guests. The breakfasts are delicious and the hotel employees are helpful and very nice. I liked the location close to the university.

Two things - the breakfasts take a long time to get - you need to wait for your eggs or pancakes and sometimes it take too much time to refill cheese and meat plate (they get empty quickly if there are a lots of guests). Also, in my opinion there are a bit overpriced - 50 zł (during September 2024) is a cost of a meat dish in fancy restaurant. The second thing is the road leading to the hotel, which is very bumpy and uneven!

I liked everything, except that the price did not match the price indicated in euros on the Booking website.

In this hotel, we overpaid by 40 euros from the price indicated in euros on the Booking website, since all their prices were indicated in zlotys, and when paying due to the conversion from zlotys to euros, a different amount came out from the expected one. Unfortunately, we were unable to get help with this.

We did not use the sports facilities as this was just a one night stop but the restaurant food was amazing and will definitely consider rebooking should we stay in Poznan again!

One of the best hotels! The staff is friendly. And the main thing is perfect cleanliness!!! Beautiful air! On the territory of the hotel there is a sports complex, classes in the gym are included in the price of accommodation, which is nice.

Breakfast, shower water hole was not running, there was no Internet during my stay

The hotel was nice, we were staying during Christmas holidays so there was no staff except security man (I guess?) which helped us with check-in. There was adjustable heating in the room, air conditioning, heater in the bathroom, shower was pretty spacious, tea, coffee, kettle in the room, pictures matches the real view, spacious free parking next to the hotel.

The security man didn't speak English, we had to use google translate for communication with the only person in the hotel. When booking the room, double bed was requested and we got twin room with two single beds, there is still room to improve with cleanliness. For the price it is not bad, but location is really far from the centre, when ordering food via Bolt we didn't have much of choice because delivery distance was too far, otherwise if you are looking for quite place out of centre it is something for you.

Everything was perfect, the staff was super friendly, smiling and helpful. We came with a small child, the cot was ready in the room upon arrival. No extra charge for room service from the restaurant, was a pleasant surprise 😁
