I rate my stay at Candia Room as 5/5 - it was absolutely exceptional! For special mention deserves a fantastic location - everything within a few minutes walk, an ideal place to discover Rome. Contact with the staff was very good and fast, and the staff itself - amazing. Especially Victoria - extremely empathetic, open, talkative and helpful - took care of every detail and made us feel really taken care of. Every day a delicious Italian breakfast was served: pistachio croissants and aromatic coffee, which was the perfect start to the day. A big plus was the flexibility to set the time of breakfast, which made planning very easy. The apartment was cleaned daily, with a change of towels each day, which provided exceptional comfort. Too dark room, but it's a matter of taste

We really enjoyed our stay here for the Bittersweet festival. It's really close by, a small walk away. The room was small but had all we needed and was cozy. Friendly staff and hotel/room was clean. Hotel has it's own restaurant which we used once to order food with room service. The food was tasty and pricing was affordable. This hotel had many other things to do that we did not check out, sadly!

The room was quite sizable and had all the needed equipment in it: a coffee machine and tea pod. Iron, mini fridge etc. Breakfast options were ok, and the meal was very delicious as well. Including vegetarian options as well as classical eggs and sausages. Walking distance to the city center (30-40 mins)

The lamp at the desk did not work, and the trams outside and the morning traffic jam were a bit annoying. However, the tram stop that I needed was quite a distance away.

This hotel is situated near green areas a little outside the city centre. Next to it is the city's historic 19th century citadel, which is now a 100 ha park. The city centre can easily be reached on foot. The hotel is modern and my room was functional, clean and comfortable. There is complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water in the room. From the breakfast room there is a view to a small wooded area and one can enjoy the green view while exploring the buffet. Breakfast consist of creative and carefully made little dishes as well as more traditional breakfast items. I had delicious pancakes with cottage cheese on my last day. There is also a restaurant at the hotel and I ordered a poke bowl with beef for my room, which I thouroughly enjoyed. Hotel staff is polite and very service-minded - I would receive a great smile from the front desk staff when I passed by in the morning. If I come back to Poznan, this hotel would easily be my first choice.

Noise-sensitive guests might be bothered by the sounds from the tram passing by on the street close to the hotel. It was not a problem to me, however.

- parking is not free; - coffee machine in the room looked a bit outdated; - kettle could be updated as well; - small table (in a case you would need to work in your room); - no small lamp near bed (in a case you would like to read before going to sleep).

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Amazing and delicious breakfasts. Within 30 minutes, it's possible to reach the city center on foot. Prices for the rooms are a bit high, but with a proper discount looks ok.

The location is fabulous, right next to a park with some memorial pieces so really nice to get to explore in the morning. Welcomed our dog and genuinely looked happy to see him. Rooms were quite spacious in comparison to other hotels we stayed at.

We couldn’t find a little bin, but unsure if that’s just us.

Breakfast was great. Similarly, all meals in restaurant we tasted were delicious. Room was quiet and large enough, beds were comfortable. Parking is just behind the hotel.

Please repair the bathroom ventilator in room 216 (it either did not work or its capacity is quite low). I would expect that parking is free of charge for quests of the hotel.

Everything. The room was convenient, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room with capsules provided. The staff were very polite and helped with any issues.
