Staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. I was greeted almost every day with a smile. The Manager remembered me from previous stays and made sure my room had snacks, flowers and a note welcoming me back on my arrival, which is very nice while traveling so far from home. The fresh flowers reminded me of home in the summer. I have recommended to my company that the hotel be placed on The Companys Preferred list. I rotate through the area every 6-8 weeks and management always makes sure I have the same room. I can't comment on the comfort of the beds since post-surgery issues make all beds uncomfortable for me but I'm always able to sleep better here than anywhere else.

It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the mentioned services were provided. The location is also good, there's a market nearby, it's rather quiet and has public transport that goes straight to the centre of the city. Even if we didn't ask for it, still they did some cleaning on a daily basis and I find the little biscuit on the pillow as a greeting very cute.

Three hangers were not really enough between 2 people. And I wish they provided bigger cups for the teamaker set, I am used to drinking huge cups, and these were tiny, barely worth the effort of making the tea in the first place. The breakfasts offered were also pretty pricey for what was actually served, I'd even say very basic, better off going to some restaurant and eating breakfast there. Oh, and having to hold the button to use the hairdryer was very annoying, next time I am bringing my own.

Quiet, clean place, good room, nice parking lot with lots of space

Not that everyone will need it....They have significant business meeting and conference facilities and rooms, but apparently no computers. I asked to use one, and they said they did not have a computer. Bicycles for hire, but not normal bikes. No handle-bar brakes, just the pedals, no gears....

The staff members are super friendly and always make an effort to provide the best assistance for any inquiries, be it related to the hotel or things in the city. The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel also houses a restaurant that serves incredibly delicious and high-quality cuisine. The rooms are large.

It's a bit far from the center.

The Hotel was clean and the it had a decent breakfast spread. The Restaurant in the hotel was also nice. In short I would recommend this hotel.

Clean and calm place, free parking, price quite good.

During 3 nights stay not once the room was tidied, the rubbish taken out etc. Although the towels were with holes they were not changed. Breakfast was poor selection.

Completely enjoined my stay at the hotel. For future guests- bolt to the center cost me around 25pln

Weak shower stream, and the water wasn't hot enough. It's not really a problem, but it's still a great place!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and has a lot of choices. I like the restaurant menu and staff as well. Thank you Hotel Forza for making my stay very warm and cozy and pleasant!
