Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, quiet, clean. Fabulous location in the beautiful area of Srodka, right beside Cathedral Island, with oldest church in Poland, museum, several nice restaurants, close to Malta Lake on one side with lots of amenities including great Thermal spa/swimming pool/aquapark, and a short walk (15/20mins) to Old Town main square on the other. Totally recommend.

Not a dislike but rather a minor suggestion - the restaurants affiliated with the hotel didn’t offer gluten free dishes which limited immediate food options on arrival evening (found Dyn however along the road which was perfect) - would be great if they had some gf pasta on standby.

Very big room, with bedroom and living room, including a working desk and a couch with coffee table. The bathroom was also spacious. Very good location, close to PSNC. The value for money was also very good.

The only thing that was I did not like is that the curtains did not close fully, and some light was entering in the room from the sides. I tried to put some objects to hold the curtains as far close to the wall as possible to block the light and it was a bit better. Note that some light was already entering in June already around 04:30 in the morning...!

I liked: - The sauna in the room - Jacuzzi in the room - Bed extra comfortable - The window over the bed - The privacy!

It’s not what I didn’t like… but I leave some improvement ideas… for example, having a place to place towels in the bathroom, and a ashtray outdoors… (it’s not allowed to smoke in the jacuzzi, but in the balcony it could be) avoided going down for a smoke… oh yes, a fridge would be incredible also, perhaps under the TV… 😅 it’s just some ideas…

It is my favourite little hotel in Poznan. I try and book it every time I am in Poland. It's a short walking distance to Srodka and Old Market Square. I loved the view from the window of my room and the area it's located in. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The lady in the hotels' restaurant at breakfast wasn't too friendly... as if she couldn't be bothered... Breakfast was very good but small portions and overpriced!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building itself was beautiful, and the room was modern and very comfortable. The location was exceptional — situated in a historic area surrounded by charming restaurants and cafés. It was just a 10-minute walk to the center of Poznań, passing by a stunning cathedral on the way. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was way more spacious than what I expected for this price. Location is stellar! The bed was very comfy, stay was quiet despite bars/restaurants right below. The room also had a balcony. This place exceeded my expectations. Great value for that price.

Only small issue I had was that shower doors were not 'leaktight' which made floor quite wet and towel ended up soaked.

Our stay at Boutique Hotel was so perfect; the hotel room was good. There was no fridge, so I'll need to remember that for the future and it's just for a short stay but it's good to have restaurants nearby. Staff were always pleasant. Also Śródka is a beautiful little area. We'll be back.

Wonderfully large room, reasonable size bathroom, great wardrobe. Lovely location, slightly outside of the city centre but in very charming spot near the lake and river. Very helpful and supportive staff. Additional bonus- fabulous cafe and restaurant downstairs.

The only small improvement I would welcome- the pillows! I would love more pillows:)

Great location and view from the window / balcony. Few good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to cathedral, old town square or lake... Good, powerful shower, comfortable bed, lights, mirrors, tv, desk, all good 👍🏻 iron and board included in the room too.. Good breakfast.

There's nothing I didn't like, but if anything I would like to have the hairdryer available in the room instead of reception

Very friendly staff and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The air conditioned room was spacious, well furnished a very comfortable bed and had a little balcony. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The food in the restaurant was first class, really enjoyable dining experience.

The restaurant closes at 21:00 and as far as I could tell there were limited other options locally (though I did not really explore).
