The availability of scooters directly at the facility was a clear plus. The rooms were tidy and the staff nice. Very positive: There was a free cold/warm water source nearby to fill up glasses when you were thirsty. My biggest suprise was the food in the hotel. Normally I tend to go out and experiment with restaurants nearby, but the food at this hotel was so outstanding, I had dinner there several times. It appears like a fusion cuisine with a great focus on tastes and spices. I tried an asparagus soup, spring rolls with prawns, cesars salad and many more, all dishes being super tasty and delicious. It really was special for such a hotel.

The hotel floors are a bit "run-down". Not dirty, they just face the mileage of several years of use.

The hotel is in a really good location. As a 3-star hotel is a bit expensive, but they serve the best breakfast thst I had duting 2 week journey in Europe. It's a pity that we didn't have time to use their pool. Overall, I do recomend this hotel.

Great location especially to go to the water park, you can get 20% discount if you get your tickets to the park from the reception. It is also about 7 minutes drive from the old market square.

Breakfast was very meh! You have to pay for parking per day if you drive a car, regardless how many hours you actually park there. It's not very expensive thought.

Very nice and helpful employees! Nice rooms, good space. Very good breakfast. Extremely clean everywhere. Hammocks and sun beds in the garden, volleyball and the ball could be borrowed from the reception. Free X-box with games and board games in the lobby area. 2 min walk from the Aqua Park - Termy Maltanskie. Lots of parks, walking paths, climbing park, bungee in the close vicinity.

Missing air condition in the rooms on the ground floor. I was there twice during the summer and the room on the 1 floor has air condition installed. Quite boring food for lunch, dinner.

We where planning to visit the aqua park in Poznan so location was dab as the hotel is right next to it. The downside was the there is no shops , restaurants nearby other then the hotel one which we thought was overpriced and food was not what we expected either.

Rooms are good value for money and addition of small pool was great though food was overprized, service very slow and kids portions little embarrassing..My 8 year old picked pierogi that ment to be good for kids up to 12yrs old and he got served 4 or 5 pierogi ( had to wait for it close to 1h!)..and had to eat half of my husbands dinner. There is little to none of other restaurants or shops nearby. On positive site though a short walk from the hotel you could catch a tram to Poznan city centre ( 10min on tram ) where there was good celection of restaurants.

This was really pet friendly hotel, located just at the big park area within 5 minutes walking distance from the lake. We were traveling with the big dog, while the room size was quite perfect for accommodation. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good with room service option.

Well, there's nothing to add, well, a separate parking fee.

- Excellent kitchen: big choice breakfast and daily fresh bread. Also other courses very tasty (and believe me, I am picky/ have developed taste ;)) - Very close to Termy: via shortcut only 2 minutes walk. - Staff in general very helpful (most of them friendly but not exaggerated).

- People smoking on courtyard, hence when keeping windows open for fresh air...... a dedicated place, for example in front of hotel could be a solution. - Beds very low and interiour dated (hence bit misleading, making it a bit overpriced to me); package deals when staying more days receiving a discount would be more attractive.

Fantastic location near the lake with plenty of activities for the whole family and places to eat. Hotel itself is very modern, clean, has a outdoor pool with free to use accessories such as floties etc. stuff very helpfull, rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. We coulndt have asked for more. Very enjoyable stay. Cleaners were in every single day at our convinient time keeping room clean and tidy.

I honestly cannot fault anything about this place.

The toilet and shower room are separated and it's clean. The hotel is next to the park.

The bed is too soft for me and my son who are having back problems. But comfy for the rest of the family members. Sound proof is not so good.
