Very friendly and understanding staff, helped me with the reservation mistake I've made, which I am truly grateful for! The hotel is nice, they have an amazing breakfast and the rooms are modern and new. 10 minutes drive from Suntago water park, which is also an advantage. Loved my stay here, would definitely stay here again.

The ambient smell of the hotel was a little strong, but I am sensitive to smells, so others may not notice it.

Quality of the food. world-class quality of the food in the restaurant. Tasty and well presented 👌Free parking. Nice view and surrounding from a garden side( however is not silent area due to closed roads from both sides of the hotel). Close to Warsaw. Water, tea and coffee at the room.

Low acoustic isolation between rooms and corridors, noisy temperature adjustment equipment- I had to switch off to reduce noise. The only an overhead shower in the bathroom (if you don't want to wash your hair, you have to use a plastic cap on your head, large water losses due that type of shower solution.

Clean and good-sized rooms, large grounds, and a spa area with saunas, sunbeds and jacuzzis.

The location is not very close to anything else, but good for weddings in rural areas. The restaurant also closed kitchen on Sunday 7:30pm, even though we were waiting for a table at 7:25pm - nowhere else local is accessible by walking and you need car/taxi.

I would appreciate a fitness room. I also visited a wellness area but the sauna was switched off. I did not expect that I need to make a reservation first. BTW, the wellness rules in the app were not in English.

Great hotel to stay for one night as it is situated right on the highway. No noise in the room. Breakfast is exceptional as they had a great selection and my favourite - potato pancakes. There is a good chance we stay here again while travelling via Poland.

Food was excellent. Breakfast surpassed expectations. Modern comfortable room. Quiet.

Toiletries a bit sparse and the shower could do with de scaling as it squirted all directions. Minor issues though.

Just picked randomly and booked the room 20 min before arrival at midnight, then there was issue with the room. It was not ready because needed to be cleaned first. Girl in reception was really helpful and found a quick solution (upgrading the room for me). After driving 900km I just felt really thankful to get quickly to sleep but wow, what a luxurious and spacious room was that! :) I really got an amazing sleep there. Very clean and modern designed room with opened space bathroom. Breakfast was another surprise, it was really really tasty and so many options to choose. All the food was placed like you would normally see from catering services.

The hotel is located near the express road, but noice insulation is perfect so we did not hear any traffic. The room was spacious, there was a sofa-bed for our kid. Decoration was very modern and with taste. Breakfast was opulent, great choice and smart service. We were informed that on Saturday there was to be a wedding party but it did not disturb us at all.

The room was quite hot before the air-con started working, so we had to open all the windows but then the rain came and we had to close them. We booked it via booking.com and they did not inform the hotel that we're travelling with a child so a child bed was not prepared and we had to wait a bit (arrived after midnight). Also the safe did not work. The service staff tried to be helpful but they did not solve the problem and we gave up. The funny thing was with the glass wall separating the bathroom. It was very modern and fancy but the problem was that the curtain was on the side of the room not the bathroom :-)

Spacious room with modern industrial style interior. Good restaurant. Close to Suntago water park. Great for conferencing. Free parking, as advertised.

Kept the windows shut during the night because of the highway noise, however, the room had recuperation with air conditioning.

Staff was very "cold" nobody smiled, during breakfast nobody even told Hello! This is weird... Everything was great but staff should try be more friendly, helpfull. Nobody smiled (smile didnt kill anybody yet:-))
