The whole village of houses is neat and peaceful. The house we lived in was perfect - clean, tidy, fresh. The kitchen is equipped with everything (dishes, pan, pot, delicious coffee, etc.) to easily prepare a meal. The jacuzzi with a terrace is modernly equipped, with remote-controlled technology (even opening and closing the terrace ceiling). It is very pleasant that in addition (in the following days) towels are changed, additional cleaning is done, new bed linen is changed, even a new dish sponge was changed! :) all these small nuances made the stay even more qualitative! Thank you for the work you put in, when guests can feel comfortable, pleasant and safe!

Everything was perfect!

We had the most wonderful stay at Suntago Village. This place is truly a gem – quiet, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations were fantastic, with a SmartTV and almost every amenity you could need for a couple of days. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. We already looking forward to my next visit and definitely be coming back here!

While my stay was overwhelmingly positive, just a couple of minor suggestions for an even more perfect experience next time - paper towels in the kitchen would be a helpful addition, and for my personal preference, a bed was a little bit too hard. Also there is no place to dry clothes, the towel radiator wasn't working.

Great option for stay if you are visiting Suntago water park but I would also love to go there even if we were not going to Suntago. Bungalow is spacious and has equipped kitchen to cook if you would like to do that, they also provide your grill if you would like to do BBQ in your garden which almost everyone was doing, you just need to make sure you carry all marinated meat/veggies for BBQ. They have a store/cafe where you will find everything that you need for BBQ and other snacks and drinks. Breakfast buffet is good for the price charged. There is also option to rent bikes to travel around the facility. They have an eco shuttle every 30 mins between Suntago village and Suntago park which was super useful for us as we didnt have a car there. Note that there is no restaurant in the village but they have frozen pizzas and zapiekanka that they will warm up for you and there are some other frozen items like soups, salads and pierogi but you will have cook same in your bungalow. There is a nice Vietnamese restaurant at few mins walk from village which we really liked and if you have a car then you can look for more options around. Overall we had a great time in the bungalow and we wished we could have stayed longer.

It would be great if they would provide clothes drying stand for each bungalow, as most of the people are coming there for Suntago they have wet clothes with them so providing a small stand would be super helpful to dry those clothes.

The complex itself. This is not your regular hotel this is a whole complex with small bungalo type buildings. The territory is well looked after. There is childrens playground, different extras available like grill, jacuzzi etc.

Got unlucky and AC was not working properly, like living it's own life, beeping all night long and going from MIN temp to MAX randomly. Also toilet door was not locking. We informed receptionist, they promised to fix it but we left before. I guess would be nice if they just offered a new room instead. Also there was a towel left from previous guests hanging on a radiator behind the curtain, which is not a big deal but would be nice if it wasn't there.

Our stay at Suntago Village was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist – truly outstanding service. The cottage was comfortable, well-equipped, and very quiet – a perfect place for a family getaway. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful – great options for both adults and kids. We also really appreciated the small shop on-site – compact, but stocked with everything you might need, and at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!!

Clean, cozy and comfortable bungalo for a family. Especially convenient for visiting the Suntag water park. Because the bus runs every 30 minutes. You can also walk, it is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the village to Suntago. Breakfast is simple. We really liked the area for children with trampolines and special entertainment and animators for children in the evening.Parking is free of charge. And second full day tickets to Suntago is 50% off price. So it is a good deal :)

I really liked the cottage and the comfortable beds, a very warm welcome with champagne. The cottage has everything you need for a good and quality vacation. Breakfast - fantastic. we were with children, they are very picky about food, but they ate it because it was fresh and delicious.

Speaking of what we didn't like, the jacuzzi water was too hot and there was dirt floating from the filter. It made us feel uncomfortable. I wanted to park my car near the house, but I had to carry things a little further.

We had an amazing experience. Our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, we could arrive just on another date for a shorter period. We wrote to the hotel and they agreed to move the date of our arrival and decreased the amount of payment. We were really happy that the hotel understood our situation. The hotel has very clean rooms and resting areas. We had all the facilities we needed to cook for ourselves and the breakfast was amazing as well. The place is very peaceful, has a lot of greenery and a nice playground for kids. I recommend to come to the village by car, since it's far from supermarkets and shopping centers. The parking is free. The place is very close to the water park, a drive of 2 mins from the village. The water park is huge, has a lot of facilities for all ages. It also has great restaurants inside. Suitable for all-day stay. Our vacation in the village was amazing and I would definitely recommend the place for families, we would more than happy to come back.

Bungalows are new and the whole village looks nice. Breakfast had good choice.

Did not see any difference between bungalows, did not understand why we had to pay more for "Deluxe - Bangalo" - staff could not explain it either. No option to dry the wet towels - when it is raining outside. Breakfast room could be nicer, no dinner restaurant. The overall feeling is that place is overpriced.

The hotel had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a cozy bed and a sofa-bed, air conditioning, a kitchenette, blackout curtains, a mini shop, good breakfasts, a grill area (you can order food or cook something yourself over the fire), excellent entertainers for kids from 7 PM, a playground, and inflatable trampolines during the season (as of July 2nd, they were not yet available), free shuttle bus to water park.
