Мне вельмі спадабаўся стыль аздаблення атэля. Ён узяў усё самае лепшае ад нулевых, хоць мне здавалася, што быць адтуль няма чаго. Персанал цудоўны і ветлівы. Лакацыя - добрая. Сняданак адно з найлепшых, што я спрабаваў. А які выгодны быў ложак! Было вельмі цяжка раніцай адарвацца ад яго. Шкада не было мажлівасці ацаніць СПА сервіс, але наступным разам абавязкова знайду для яго час.

Тэлевізар у непагадзь амаль не функцыянаваў. Пакоі прасторныя і з-за гэтага здаюцца трохі пуставатымі. Я б можа дадаў раслін ці нейкую мэблю, каб было больш утульна.

The place was situated in a great area with a 5 min walk to the nearest park. The place was tidy and clean. The staff were really nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The staff were excellent and the service that was given in helping to organise our visit to Zelazowa Wola was first class. Mateusz and Aleksandra could not have been more helpful. The food was very good and it was a most comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, staff was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the restaurant, and the quality of the dishes surprised me positively, very tasty and well balanced. abundant portions and great price. Similarly for the SPA services, the staff was very friendly and qualified

Décor was a bit dated, needs some investment in the décor. But the food was fantastic, really really good. Would recommend you stay here for the food and the staff!

It's not a four star. Reception and rooms could be, furniture is old styled but normal quality. But there isn't a wardrobe, they forgot the shower towel in bathroom and I needed to ask for it, toilet seat was broken, the fitted carpet should be changed into a wood flooring.

Great restaurant, good location

I was here 6th time, usually it's best choice, but last time there was really bad smell in room, o think there was some breakdown in plumbing system, and was terrible smell in room. I hope it is fixed ready

Helpful, polite, welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms with cozy vintage decor. Very good buffet breakfast with excellent selection.

A bit pricey (but we did book late and room prices are currently rising at all hotels, so that's understandable)

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious room, spotlessly clean, complimentary tea/coffee, kettle and fridge available in the room, hairdryer, air-conditioning, breakfast buffet with a wide range of options.

No decaf coffee available in the hotel bar/restaurant.
