Nice clean room, plenty of space for a family of four. Great shower. We did not take the breakfast so can't comment on that. We did use the fridge, kettle etc in the room for snacks and drinks and all OK. Wi Fi worked and had a TV but all in Polish but that was not an issue as we were not really there for the TV. Friendly staff who were willing to help with all our queries. Restaurants nearby as well as the Lidl if you needed it. Less than 10 minutes to the station for going in to Warsaw.

Lift broke down a couple of times so had to use stairs.

+ An old factory building - “Stara Przędzalnia - linen factory in Żyrardów launched in 1829”. It is well renovated. Red bricks (with the name of this factory) enrich not only building facade but an industrial interior as well. + Spacious apartments - We booked two apartments (Appartments 2-4 Adults), one apartment had a view of the church, the other - a view of the inner courtyard. There were two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. Sofa can also be unfolded to have additional sleeping space - there is an additional cost of 40PLN for one more person in a room (you can pay additionally at the reception) - it was perfect for our family of 5 person. + The view from the window - The view of the church was spectacular especially in the dark. What is more, sound of church’s bells was magical. + Suntago - Only 13min by car. Taxi cost 60PLN. There is a bus to Suntago as well, the bus station 15min on foot, bus cost 9PLN. + Reception - the boy in blonde hair (sorry for not remember the name) was very polite, communicative, always smiling - best greeting for him from our family. + Parking is free - the public parking near the building is free.

- Water - you have to wait for a hot water, but to have in mind it is old factory - it is all good 😊

Excellent location. Apartment very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and sensational bathroom. Excellent contact with the host, who responds immediately to reported problems. Proximity to the train station and many stores around makes life easy. To the main street of Palermo - 5 minutes walk. I recommend wholeheartedly !

Sometimes internet connection slowes down.

The staff from the front desk, two young men, were brilliant: very helpful, well informed and willing to make an extra mile to provide the best service. I wish all the hotels I stay in had employees like them.

Everything was fine. The hotel is a beautiful place with old, fabric character modernised and adapted in extraordinary way.

The place is very pleasantly surprising; a very beautiful and charming little town. The hotel building itself is very unique, and so is the interior. The room is simple, with everything you need: a comfortable bed, clean and tidy, with coffee and tea left for the morning. And the view from the window is stunning.

Very nice location, right next to the beautiful church. On Christmas it's very beautiful outside. Small, but nice clean room with kettle.

Beds are not very comfy. Also, you can hear all that noise in the main corridor. Especially cleaning staff in the morning. Staff can be a little more friendly.

We just decided to take this aparthotel because of its location and very attractable price and unique history, Actually the hotel fulfilled our expectations. We have got a quiet room, we have got an infrastructure around (shops, restaurants etc.). By the way, there was not so easy to find a free parking place around.

Nothing at all.

The location was incredible! I was surprised by the lake beside the hotel, the brick buildings, and the quiet city. It was also close to Suntago, just 30 minutes from Warsaw. The breakfast worth it

I like everything. Just that it was a bit hard to find the entrance at night. Could be that there was a photo of entrance and I just didn’t notice it.

Staff was great, place was clean, theres great food around hotel, cozy and wifi is decent

Had to wait for hot shower for 10mins sometimes, 1 bed wasnt comfortable and had a bend in a matress, made noise while moving
