Location, room decor and the "little touches" like chocolates and the daily carpet change in the elevator, good decor and always very clean. Good choice of tea and coffee in room. Bedding was excellent as were towels. Perfectly clean with friendly staff. Quiet.

Reception area dark and very "closed in" with the desk enclosed in a screen. VERY strange idea of having bathroom open to view with shutters outside in the bedroom able to be opened at any time. This was very strange. Breakfast was OK, for the money would have preferred more choice, value didn't seem good here.. coffee was very good.

The hotel is situated very close to "Molo", the beach and the park and great restaurants (including the traditional ones) and shops. So you will not be bored! The room was very nicely designed and comfy and relatively quiet considering the absolute proximity to the centre. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is served in the "ThaiThai" restaurant - indeed the very nice thai restaurant :). There is a parking possibility but if you need the public transportation is also very close.

Had some minor troubles with wifi.

Fantastic position between the pier and Main Street in town. Not overlooking any noisy areas.

We had a room with terrace and outdoor furniture but had to repeatedly ask for cushions for these, as shown in the advertisement of the room. Eventually got them on the last day.

Courtyard view means windows straight to the dumpster and air ducts; a bit difficult to find an entrance to parking if you’re coming with a car;

GREAT location. Across the street from beach and pier. Next to many restaurants and shops. Less than 10 minute walk to train station. Lovely room and very clean. Super comfortable bed and pillow. Good towels. Nice people at reception desk. Very good Thai restaurant on street level.

Booking.com charged extra €20 for a room with twin beds and we got a room with only one bed. We figured it out after we had completing unpacked, gone out for several hours, got back at midnight and were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. No top sheet on bed - only heavy down comforter. Twice our card key stopped working and the front desk just gave us a new one without checking identity or verifying that was really our room number. Identity check it would have been nice to feel more secure.

Location was good. Hotel was clean and modern. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

One day we recuested changing the sheets acording to hotel's policy which was to leave a certain note/sign to the bed. Unfortunately the sheets were same when we came back at evening. We know this was not an accident because the room service made the bed with old sheets and put the note/sign back where we took it in room so they couldn't have missed it without purpose. Otherwise we are satisfied with our stay at the lovely and modern hotel, which was just as we expected.

Excellent and very specious room, superb location and exceptionally kind personnel – with Monika going above and beyond to help with everything I asked for and having great extra offers. Definitely recommend free of charge hotel sauna. Had a fantastic stay!

Location is fantastic. Staff was exceptional.

They should put more clearly that you need a reservation for parking. I was able to get parking next door for a decent price, but the hotel has very limited and tight parking.
