Our stay at Sheraton Sopot hotel was exceptional. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I asked to arrange for champagne. It was not only champagne but also most delicious cake with even a candle to be put on it. Honestly we couldn't imagine celebrating his birthday at better place. Everything from view, location , the spacious room, amazing bed, delicious breakfast, various restaurants, stuff was simply amazing. The SPA access during entire stay was also something that made our stay exceptional. SPA area is well equipped with various saunas, heated pool and very specious jacuzzi. We will for sure will be back as this was one of most relaxing and enjoyable stays we ever had.

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience, though it falls short of the standards I've come to expect from the Marriott. The Good: The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely ambiance and well-maintained spaces. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes – definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is superb, especially for the summer season, with easy access to attractions and beautiful surroundings. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy; seeing so many dogs around added a warm and inclusive touch. Contrary to some reviews, I found most of the staff friendly and hardworking, with only a few instances where professionalism could be improved.

The booking a room with a child, the sofa bed provided was uncomfortable and not ideal for sleeping, which impacted the overall comfort of our stay. While the SPA facilities are excellent for adults, they are not child-friendly, making it difficult to enjoy them as a family. The pool was very cold, which limited its use, especially for children. In summary, the hotel has many great aspects, particularly the breakfast and location, but there are areas for improvement, especially for families traveling with children. While the staff generally do their best, a few lapses in professionalism stood out. If traveling with pets or during the summer, this hotel could still be a solid choice.

Location,size of the room and bathroom comfy bed

Taxi drivers ranking on the hotel forecourt rip customers off, driver of blac mercedes refused to go on a meter (as required by law ).it was a 2 km trip I was quoted a fix price which was double the meter price . I don't know if it is common in Sopot but certainly should not happen outside 5 *hotel

I had a fourth floor room with a sea view, which was beautiful. A nicely stocked mini bar, towelling robe, kettle (hooray) and a bath were all very welcome and made for a very pleasant stay.

Food menu within the hotel was a little restricted considering the size of the hotel, but there was a related restaurant nearby (but out of the hotel). Shower was a little weak. But overall I had a very nice stay.

This hotel has the best location in Sopot, close the Molo (pier) on the seafront with its own private beach. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with everything we expected plus surprises like large bowls of fresh cherries, varied salads, cheeses, local delicacies and international platters. We used the swimming pool every day - it was a good size for around four swimmers, spotlessly clean and a perfect temperature. Several members of staff were particularly helpful with local advice for example, how to travel into Gdańsk by train

The computer generated electro-muzak particularly in the restaurant area was out of place in a hotel of this standing. The key-card security system was intrusively awkward. To ascend and descend the lifts. one needed one hand to put card to the card reader and another to press the floor number - not easy when carrying luggage. From bedroom to swimming pool required five uses of the key cards.

Everything and especially spa zone. Room was perfect and updated for free to a better one so we had a sea view. It was big enough with bath, shower and all you need for a comfortable stay. Stuff is helpful and always listen to you. English proficiency is 100%. Spa zone is the best that I have ever been (i have been in several luxury hotels as Intercontinental or Four season and it’s on the same level if not better). Spa zone is almost empty so you have your privacy. Breakfast was good. You have big choice the only thing that I have seen in other hotels and want advice to add is champagne.

A very well located 5 stars hotel, near by the beach. All personal was very helpful, customers department which I have been in contact before arriving, receptionist that wait for us after the check in hour, the restaurant and spa personal. Nice pool and spa. I liked the gym and the possibility to book trainings pass like yoga etc

Spa is nice but a little bit noisy in the weekend. The relaxing part of the spa with bad-chairs it is not really a quite place when there are many people that are moving around, showering, going in or out from different saunas.

Food and selection of cocktails. Also the communication about spa closure was poor prior to arrival. During booking-no notification about spa renovations After booking-e-mail about spa closure (tried to cancel the booking bit got no reply). Didn’t take swimming costume because of closure. On arrival-was given a voucher to use grand hotel’s spa. Could not use it as had no swimming costume

Excellent location with a private beach. Staff was always helpful. Hotel, rooms, swimming pool area everywhere spotless and clean. Delicious breakfast and dinner at the 512 restaurant. Enjoyed the steam rooms, saunas, and jacuzzi. Daily room cleaning offered.

The jacuzzi was great, but if if all the pumps work, then more people could have enjoyed it at the same time.

Terrible toilet facilities at beach (only 1 if 2 toilets working ... and even 2 not enough for peak times) ... not clean and no toilet roll. Didn't like the food options for half board ... the room service menu was good ... wish I hadnt paid for the half board option.
