true we had to wait for a person from the reception, as the reception staff is not always there, but if you specify the exact time of arrival in advance, then there will be no problems, it was not long, literally 5-7 minutes. The staff is very friendly, we liked everything, the pillows and bed are very comfortable, the bed linen is clean and smells nice, the apartment is big , the apartment is clean and cozy, for an additional fee we were given an apartment that does not face the roadway, but the courtyard, as the roadway is very noisy because of the tram. but the vibration was still audible, but it did not bother us much. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is equipped with all appliances, the bathroom has clean towels. In general, we really liked it, for this price these are super conditions. Especially since we were there on the weekend. The location of the hotel is great, we also recommend the restaurant with Polish national cuisine around the corner, we have never had such delicious food as in this restaurant

The room was spacious and with all the facilities we needed. It even had a cute little balcony. The design was very tasteful and minimalistic. Bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, there were loads of different options (sweet and savoury). A huge bonus for us was the provided parking space.

Room was quite hot in the summer months (although rooms are hot anywhere in the current weather conditions), so we had to have the windows open – which resulted in some noise from the street. However, the hotel provided earplugs.

Having read other reviews, we were actually pleasantly surprised, as we experienced almost no problems mentioned and enjoyed all the good things. In our case, the windows opened to the inner yard and there were no traffic noise problems, just the usual city background. In the large apartment, you really have all you need for living, almost like a real home, which in itself is the best praise. The location is great, parking convenient, value for money very good. An A\C would be great, but we also managed without it. Would definitely consider the place for next visit.

Of the problems mentioned in the reviews, we really only noticed the slightly substandard level of cleaning - walking around in white socks is not necessarily a good idea. But besides the floors, all else was OK, and your socks can get dirty at your home as well. The bathroom and linen were great.

Very conveniently located. Most sights in walking distance. We were especially happy with the parking in the courtyard. Room was in perfect shape and kitchen utensils available. Internet quality good. Checkin and Checkout very fast.

The rooms on the main street are loud due to the bad quality of the streetcar's rails. It runs early and late. Rooms in the back might be much better concerning noise but maybe they are more expensive because of that. We could sleep quite well despite the streetcar noise, though.

The location of the apartments is excellent. You can easily check-in 24/7. The greatest advantage with other apartments is private parking facilities. Quick and pleasant communication. Hospitable booking table.

The sound from the tram was so loud, please keep in mind that if you travel with a small kid. The room is very cold on arrival, after some time when we turn on all the heaters it becomes warmer. The room has a twin bed not a double one.

The apartment is just as nice as the photos show. It's spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Very good location. Secured parking in the back yard. Great value for money. We arrived later than we had informed. No problem. The Staff that we dealt with was very attentive and welcoming. If ever back Szcecin, this is where I will stay.

It's great that the hotel is located in the city center. The room was clean, although it's sad that the renovation was old. The room is very spacious, beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the city. Breakfast was modest, but very tasty, in a cozy atmosphere and we were not shouted at for finishing our breakfast after 10.

No oven which I thought would have been included in a apartment so couldn't do much cooking. Re-checking description does not mention one so I should have checked properly, but I believe would be a welcomed addition.

It is great that there is free parking on the hotel's territory and that the main gate is closed at night. My room had air conditioning, which helped quite a bit because it was hot outside.

My room had rust in the faucet in the kitchen and it was quite unpleasant.

Breakfast was perfect. We wanted to leave because of super noisy trump's street, but breakfast was so perfect and delicious, so we decided to extend our reservation for 2 extra nights :)
