Have booked city view room but they game room wirhout view. And I was suppose to have microwave as booked. However it was not there. But I contacted the receptionist and martyna did her best and managed to bring me microwave. She also offered me to give me another room the other day but I preferred to stay at the same room. Really thanks alot to the stuff they are more than perfect

We arrived late but all the instructions for how to get the key and gym membership card was provided. As well as finding the room was easy. Staff was friendly and the room was clean

The bed was quite small even for 2 women. Plan the breakfast ahead as we got to the restaurant on Saturday morning and waited for more than an hour for the serving. It is a nice restaurant though and the portions were big and tasty

Super friendly staff. Changed the room on our request. Showed us around everything, very helpful with any questions we had. Really, everything you want from a hotel staff.

On site they told us they dont offer breakfast, as their partner bistro was closed, though breakfast was offered on Booking. This was no issue, as there are cafes and bakeries all around.

The apartment is fully equipped with facilities such as kitchen and bathroom. Dishes, cups, microwave, oven and water boiler can be found. Check-in smoothly after the closure of the reception.

The rooms are on the 1st floor, nearby it's the main road so you could be easily disturbed by the tram. Even at midnight there were people chatting below the windows. Also the curtains couldn't prevent the morning sunshine...

The reception staff is friendly and they helped us. And we're pleased that they've answered our questions by e-mail quickly. The kitchen and the washing machine was very confortable. In addition the breakfast at the bakery "Nad Piekarnią Cafe & Bistrot" was cozy, tasty and the staffs were friendly!

Some guest next us were noisy during midnight and early morning, they've slammed the doors, footsteps and taking were noisy although the hotel imposes a fine up to 500 PLN and the hotel sets quiet time between 22:00 to 06:00.

Just suggestions as the apartment was lovely: Was quite warm in the apartment and as it’s on a large street, we found it too noisy (traffic) to leave a window open at night. Would have loved a fan or A//C. Also, no shower mat to stand on after shower.

Very convenient central location, quiet room (window facing a courtyard), very spacious, fully equipped kitchen space, a sofa to relax, very comfortable bed, great value for money. Practically all you need from a small apartment in a city centre.

Truly no cons I can think about, maybe except lack of air conditioning which was totally no problem in April but might be an issue during hot summer months (but I cannot say).

Location was very good, in one block there was a parking for 12 eur/day, but be aware that parking on the street is free from 5pm till 8am in the morning, so if you are parking just for one night, might not need the paid parking. We stayed with two kids, nice that they could use the separate bedroom and the parents could stay up a bit longer withut disturbing the kids. We needed an additional day to stay, the staff was very helpful and arranged that very smoothly - I did the booking online and they have assigned the same room for us.

We were lacking couple of kitchenware, such as additional pot, good knife, cutting board, but if you are not into cooking, thats totally ok.

It was not clear whether there is parking or not. Recommendation: invest in A/C. Temperature was still ok, but with more than 25 C outside, it would have been too hot.

The lift is quite slow, but it really does not matter . Apartments are really good
