I have stayed at Ibis previously in other places and the room was exactly as expected. And I can highly recommend to buy the breakfast, it really a good breakfast. And here it is also possible to have a cup of coffee made by the staff at the counter. Nice, as I can get tired to drink coffee in the morning made from a small coffee machine – and some times you have to wait in the line to get a cup of coffee from the machine. So definitely a plus to Ibis, and it will be served at your table. And there is a very fine selection at the breakfast table incl. a few individual hot dishes. So go for the breakfast for the rather low price. At check-in I was given a discount coupon for the restaurant in the hotel next door - Hotel Novotel. I can highly recommend having dinner at their restaurant.

The hotel needs to be updated a bit - it is getting worn around the edges. Not that I don’t want to stay there another time, but it seems to have been a few years behind me.

I need to mention that I got upgraded to their sister hotel around the corner, Novotel. It was exceptionally clean, a walking distance from railway station and city centre. Breakfast was really good, wide variety and choice, with juice maker and a waffle station. Mattress was 10/10, what I would imagine it would be like to sleep on clouds.

The location was ideal for my trip as I wanted to be by the Bus and Train station.

My room 323 was right next to the lift which was constantly up and down all night ..One of the lifts made a squeaking sound all the time …very annoying..Also it would have been nice to have the breakfast in the hotel instead of the hotel Novotel next door ..

Very good location, central. Priceworthy hotel. Big rooms. Simple but fulfills ones needs. Clean and fresh rooms. Wifi included and TV in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Reception 24/7 and cozy lounge. Good breakfast. Good service.

Breakfast could have been bigger. Parking under the hotel but not entirely included. One of the windows in one of the rooms were difficult to close.

Very good location, comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. Very helpful and nice staff. Tasty and rich breakfasts. Late check-out subjected to availability (charge). Restaurant in the next building. Shops of all kinds you need in the area. Jug and glasses in the room and drinking water (cold and hot) stations in corridors.

I never got to stay in this particular hotel as I was 'upgraded' to a room in the nearby Novotel so can't really comment other than to say it was in a very good, central location very close to the main train station and old town.

It is located in a very hilly area so one to avoid if you have mobility issues.

The receptionist in the morning was very kind instead

I arrived at the hotel at around 10pm. When I asked the lady at the reception if there were any restaurants open at that time, she replied that she didn't know and that I should look for them on the Internet. I found this behavior inappropriate.

Good to stay for short stay and cheaper and near to the center even tough i stay for a night and i had an issue with the bathroom they transferred me to a new room the reception are so nice

There is no electric socket near the bed

Very compact and practical room: easy to clean wooden floor, windows that open, water (hot and cold) available in the hallway; available parking was also a plus! Access to a free computer. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was quite small but very saturated and diverse. They proposed us to make coffee, which was nice. The view from the window over the city center was really enjoyable - thanks for arranging it! Price-quality ratio is very good.

All was good, especially for such a price.
