Easy to find. We got a taxi from the train station on arrival as it was raining but it’s a short walk by various routes and the 75 bus runs frequently and stops just down the road. Good location for everywhere. Opposite cathedral/Old Town with handy bridge over the busy road but just a short stroll up into the New Town/down to the river. Room on 6th floor. Facing the cathedral. Didn’t find it too noisy from outside traffic. Noise from inside obviously depends on other guests. Room clean, spacious though a bit old fashioned. Bed comfortable. Sockets by the bed. Reception arranged extra pillows upon request. Shower over the bath ok (would have preferred a walk in shower), decent towels. Hand/shower soap provided. Hairdryer handy. We opted to purchase breakfast a couple of mornings (PLN 48). Was a fair price for what we had imo. Locked luggage sorage available which is very helpful.

Upon check in we were told cleaning is only by request at reception, which isn’t unusual nowadays. We were staying 4 nights so called at reception mid way through our stay to request fresh towels/loo paper/waste bin emptying the following day. What a palaver! First I was asked for my passport; then my booking confirmation; I asked if this was really necessary just to get some fresh towels?? Apparently it was. Then I was informed we had no reservation. I’m literally standing there with my key card, she’s got my phone confirming I’m a paid up guest. Took a bit longer to get a promise of cleaning and managed to talk her out of sending the cleaner in at 8am. I’m just hoping this was a misunderstanding.

the room was spacious, well lit and bright. It was extremely good value at about 32 pounds per night in early february. The room was ideal for working from and the kettle provided was well appreciated. WiFi was very reliable nad fine. The hotel cafe and bar was functional and the restaurant was functional only for breakfasts. The hotel was big and extremely well run and comfortable. The staff friendly and hard working, and generous in allowing to checkin a bit early and stay working in the cafe area for a couple of hours after checkout time, with some luggage storage for the rest of the day. Ecological rating of the hotel is very high and it deserves to be. It is effcieintly.

the temperature of the hotel was centrally managed and it was on the limit of being acceptable (on the cold side.) I suppose the hotel is like this to achieve the enivornmental rating it has. It is just about 17/18 degrees is quite cold to say it is a hotel. i needed to request the cleaning staff at the beginning of my stay to clean some things each day, once this was requested it was done absolutely fine and with much attention for the rest of my stay. the staff were helpful and welcoming at all times.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Worth the price and affordable. Excellent location. Tea , coffee in the room . You can leave your baggage there. Highly recommended.

Bathroom: There is a bathtub with no shower screen, so if you only take a shower, a lot of water ends up on the floor. There are also extra doors in the room — they connect to the next room. The doors were locked, but I didn’t feel very safe.

All of the staff were extremely accommodating, and friendly. Check in was easy and requests were granted. Cleaners came daily, if required. All the staff spoke good English. The bed sheets, towels and pillow cases were clean. Good budget stay! Best location in Szczecin to stay in. Overall, I would stay here again.

The hotel itself is a little tired and there's some stains on the walls, mattresses, blankets and pillows. This isn't the fault of the staff, though, more of the hotel itself. The owners should invest more money. -TV remote was filthy, but I think this is a common thing in hotels.

I liked the tub in the bathroom. Having been used to a shower only for a decades it's good to make use of a tub from time to time. The room was comfy and quiet with a small hall that added to the privacy of the place.

I think the pillows need to be replaced. They seemed to be too thin and not appropriate for me. I am generally used to sleeping with my head being a bit higher than what I got at Campanile. Yet, I consider it to be a very little disadvantage.

I like the location , the receptionist was very friendly and helpful .

There was a very poor customer service from the housekeeping department , they didn't clean the room as a stayover , they didn't say ,,good morning,, and nidher they reply on mine.

The location was good, not to far from city center and we could walk everywhere without problems. The hotel is simple but good, bed was very confortable and we had a nice stay.

That is just 1 elevator for a big hotel, we was with a stroller and wait always a bit longer to get from 5 floor to entrance, since it always stopped in every floor. Is also a system that you need to use the hotel card to activate the elevator what make it more safe but don't seems to be needed to be honest.

Ive stayed here a few times in the past tge staff are really helpful abd friendly. I got there late as my flight was late arriving. I keft a message and they git back super quick to say no problem so yes, a really good experience

Everything was as advertised. Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, good breakfast and parking.

When I arrived by car in the dark (about 17:30), the hotel lights were dark. I knew I was close and stopped at a bakery to ask directions. It was just across the street (without lights). Ha! Very shortly after, the outside lights were turned on.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is St. James church right across the street, and you can easily walk to most of the tourist attractions from here. The promenade is also walking distance, which has a brilliant view. Central station is 15 mins walk, which is also great.
