The apartments (Smart and Premier) were really lovely, clean and spacious. Attention to detail (there is eveything you need in the apartments) and the beds were comfy. The location is very central and there are nice restaurants and amenities nearby.

On the Friday night, a very angry man (we guessed a neighbour) came knocking at our door at 10:20pm to aggressively to tell us to be quiet (we are not sure of the detail, as he just spoke Polish). All we were doing is chat in the apartment. I'm guessing the walls are pretty thin and as we were a bigger group (8 people), he could hear us? The Premier apartment was designed to host 8 people, so I'm not sure what is expected here. But it spooked us enough that we spent the rest of the night (and the saturday night too) whispering at each other. Not a great experience

We liked the location because all the sights of the old town were just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was nicely designed with a pleasant atmosphere and a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are also a lot of restaurants just behind the corner. As a nice welcome gift, our dog received treats and a bed that had been prepared for him.

Some things were a little chipped like a fridge. The building does not have an elevator which was a tough nut to crack for my husband after his leg surgery. Even though there was Internet in the room, it was slow.

The apartments for 8 people are neat, stylish, decorated in a 90s style and equipped with everything you need for a longer or shorter stay. There are many restaurants and a Žabka shop near by. Everything was fine and convenient, except for the parking.

It is difficult to drive up to the hotel unless you reserve a spot in the inner courtyard. There is convenient parking under the bridge 500-700 meters away, where we left our car. In the mornings, there is quite a bit of noise under the windows due to cleaning, restaurant preparations, etc.

Amazing location right next to a beautiful river that has a selection of cafés and restaurant's to choose from, really close to the town centre about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, lovely interior throughout the apartment everything you need really when self catering also big bonus a FAN! this was really useful as it was over 30 degrees the entire duration of our stay, lovely café located on site that served an amazing breakfast.

only two points really, had to wait a while before picking up keys as other guests were ahead of us which the area to pick up keys was very cramped so couldn't take suitcases inside had to leave outside. Another thing would be Wi-Fi didn't reach every room, most notably the bedroom, the best signal was in the kitchen area which isn't really ideal however the apartment came with a smart tv that allowed us to

The apartments are located in a great spot in the old town. We had an apartment at the back corner of the complex which had a beautiful vine growing up to the balcony. It was almost like being on a jungle cruise - and even had a nesting pigeon to boot. The apartment was really large and comfortable with everything you need. Our bedroom window opened onto a laneway with plenty of restaurants nearby, but it was still very quiet. Everything was just a short walk away - the water in one direction, and the castle in the other (complete with Summer street markets...). Plenty of restaurants to chose from, and a convenience store 50 m away to get breakfast supplies.

We only stayed one night, so perhaps if we'd stayed longer, something could have been a negative. As it was, I have no negatives, and would stay again.

The instructions on how to get to the apartment and also get the key was very clear. We did not have any issues locating the place. It is also in a great location. Walkable distance from the main train station and major attractions. The lake is really close by for a nice long walk. There are also restaurants close by. The apartment itself is really big with lots of mirrors. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dinning table. We cooked breakfast and enjoyed a nice meal together. There is also a large storage wardrobe for clothes and suitcases. The living room had a big couch with a tv that had Netflix and cable TV.

The entrance to the apartment building is located inside an inner car park that isn't too well lit. There is a censor light when you enter but it goes off really fast. This really isn't a problem as the entrance to the apartment building isn't too far away.

We loved the location and that we were able to park on site. The apartment was spacious with plenty of drawers, a washing machine, and large lounge room. Views from both sides and openable windows and door to French balcony also allowed for a nice breeze on the hot days although it did have a split system air conditioner.which worked well.

The coffee machine didn't work, it gurgled but nothing happened, and we were apartment 3 on the 3rd floor so the 7 flights of stairs to reach it were a little challenging. Active garbage collection for the surrounding restaurants both mornings made for some early starts but that isn't the properties fault. We would definitely book this property again.

Excellent location, easy check in, and discrete entrance through parking lot makes it suitable for people with pets and those looking to take a walk near the river without crossing the city centre.

Breakfast took quite a long time to prepare, but it was very tasty (even if the portion was a bit small). For this reason, we only ate at the cafe once. Perhaps an option to order breakfast in advance would be good. It would also be nice to have a ceiling (or portable) fan - we couldn't leave the windows open because it's very noisy at night due to the restaurants below.

Ok…. 👍 x ‘Just has two fabulous nights in the Apartments. Amazing place, very spacious accommodation and extremely well furnished. Our daughter especially loved the indoor swing hammock in the living room. The location the the old town is absolutely perfect, coffee shop right outside that do super breakfast then for evening meals/eating out there is a wide choice of wonderful restaurants one minute walk away! It’s also right on the river so we also enjoyed long morning walks. Overall, the perfect place/ location for visiting the old town and there is parking too! We are booking this place again for our return trip in July! Very happy!”

Nothing really

The location was amazing, very close to all spots I wanted to see and literally by the main square. The apartment I stayed in was massive, lots of space. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, soft but provided a good night's sleep. I could also use the washing machine available, which helps me a lot. Overall I highly recommend the place.
